I opened my account 3 months ago with a $1000 sign on bonus. They told me that I was all set and it was good to go. I called numerous times and spoke to their employees over the phone and they told me that I would receive it today. And go figure today they tell me that I'm no longer eligible. They lied to me for 3 months and I was genuinely counting on that money. Now I have to cancel my trip back home to see family and my son spent that night in his room crying because of these people. They are cold and uncaring and late in uncaring and blatant liars.I'm closing my account tomorrow. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This bank has horrible communication. Someone opened a fraudulent account online in my name and I've been trying to get this bank to close this account for 6 months. They refuse to help me and it is compromising my credit and identity. Everytime I deal with this bank I leave in extreme tears. So many excuses.. Close the acct. and put the funds in a phantom account and quit letting it compromise my information. Or better yet send the funds back to Unemployment where they came from. Overall, the fraud department of any bank should not allow an account to stay open and compromise someone when the account has never been verified and I have felt more anxiety dealing with the management and staff. They have caused a lot of man hours and high levels of stress not assisting me. Every month, I see funds going in and out of this acct by the monthly bank statements that I receive and even given the names of people doing the fraudulent online activity and they (the theives) have still been able to access the account, taken out and transfer funds even though it is flagged. I have raised my voice and gotten upset because no one is helping solve this problem and this bank thinks it's ok to track the activity when it's at the expense of my credit, my identity and mental health. Horrible customer service and fraud department. I have never banked with them prior to this point and reported all of this to the police department. The other 2 banks that fraud accts were opened in my name handled things promptly yet this bank keeps victimizing me.

I have only been to this branch a handful of times, Always frustrating. I have banked with this institution for 15 years. this branch is consistently calling me asking me to verify my account information. This branch has just sent me a certified letter saying that it is required for me to verify my account, when they have all my information. So what needs to be verified???Alexis who works at this institution is a joke. Avoid this branch like the plague.Greenwood Village branch is amazing

This branch is a joke. The manager Charles Nnantah is the biggest joke ever. I called to ask about my debit card and my transactions and he said ma’am I am busy with other clients call back later. He is the biggest joke ever and he’s manager. Bank of the West should fire him for treating customers like that and yet he is a manager. I at least got a phone call from Melissa the representative there and she did help me and was amazing. But although I did get it sorted out I will be closing all my accounts who wants to go to a bank with a manger like that and how he treats customers. I feel bad for the people who work there to be honest. Stay away from this branch and bank.

This is the worst bank of the west branch I have ever been to . This manager named Charles treats you like he’s the one asking for service from customers. I am not sure how this so call branch manager landed in the position but he’s clearly isn’t qualified to be managing a bank. He’s completely rude and I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I’m wondering if upper management knows how he treats customers ?

Called to make an appointment due to COVID and was told they would be out in a couple minutes. I sat outside for 15 minutes and no one ever came out. I’ve had my business account here for 3+ years. The turnover of people has been terrible at this location.
