Terrible service since BMO took over. Online access is not able to do anything, cannot chat or resolve issues. Sent a message online and no one responded. So bad, find an alternative.

This bank will attempt to nickle and dime your account. When you question the service fees they tell you go online. Online will say go to the branch. Now you're wasting my time and pilfering my money. Bye.

High turnover unable to keep staff!This branch lobby is closed drive-through only services.Staff is new or in training.They all seem incompetently friendly.Same as 11 months ago, lobby still closed drive up only service.Always new staff.They have been bought by BMO
