If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my tower pc off for repairs on Thursday at about 1:30. I received a phone call about 2 hours later saying that it wasn’t checked in correctly, so they couldn’t do any work to it.
Keep in mind that I was across Denver by that point so I could access a computer so I could do my schoolwork. I arrived back at the Best Buy store at about 7:30 to pick up my desktop, where the power was out and I couldn’t pick up my computer.
Friday morning, after a 30 minute drive home the night before and a 30 minute drive back to the store, I picked up my unfixed desktop. When talking to the manager, I was told that I would have to take my computer another 30 minutes away from my house if I wanted to get work done on it.
I asked to be compensated for my time, asking if I can get my service price reduced for the time, energy and gas wasted. I was arrogantly told by the manager, Raven, that she’s “sorry that I feel that way”. When I replied that I wasted my time enough as it is, and that I would take it elsewhere, she shrugged me off.
Best Buy isn’t what it used to be, and the computer services are far worse than you can imagine. If it’s not a problem that can be fixed with 2 brain cells, 15 minutes, and a restart on the computer, they’re not gonna fix it.
Overall, a waste of a day and a half, a half a tank of gas, and nothing to show for it. Never again, Geek Squad.

Company’s trash! Jonathan called me on sep 13th to setup a scheduled appointment for Saturday sep 21st for a new main board replacement for my tv. The day before I got an email confirming a 4 hour window for his arrival (1:30 to 5:30)
Patiently waited and he never came never called. This was highly frustrating because we cancelled events to be there for him for his service repair.
When I called to see what was going on I got the run around, excuses from the supervisor. All he wanted to do was setup another service for another 2 weeks out with no credit or discount on the service for the inconvenience.
I’ll never use again!!!!

NOT Samsung Certified. Sent me to Aurora Best Buy, made an appt and Geek Squad didn't even show up to MY appt. Little hard to 'rate your experience' when you didn't have one. They sent me to U BreakiFix just down the street. Save your time and go give them your business instead.

Very impressed with Jake and the service he provided. My wife and I came in looking for a new refrigerator after 7pm. As the only salesman in the department Jake did a great job of asking clients if they needed help and checking in on multiple people. When we picked a fridge the whole process to check out and go over the different options offered was very efficient and informative.It had been many years since I had last shopped at Best Buy and the variety, layout and customer service was very impressive. I will definitely come back to Best Buy for appliance needs in the future.

If I could rate zero stars I would, this store is the biggest piece of shit and they're absolutely useless. We had a tv installed by geek squad and I called to get info on the mounting hardware used so I can remove it and was on hold with customer service for an hour before they answered. Couldn't answer a single question but tried to sell me a new mount and hung up. Absolute twats working here need to be better and actually give half an ounce of effort to answering the easiest most basic questions. Don't waste your time or money here

Went to best buy to trade in my Samsung Phone. Employee working in Verizon kiosk told me the trade in value was $800 so I selected a $1200 Samsung 22 thinking I owed $400. I paid the $400 then the employee told me my trade in was only $400 and I owed $800 balance! I told him to cancel my order and refund the $400. He refused stating $400 already went to Verizon in the fifteen minutes this deal was taking place. Both manager and employee refused to cancel. Now I am paying off the additional $400 I was falsely charged and adding an amount to my monthly charge which will take THREE YEARS TO PAY OFF! THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED DEC. 2022. I HAVE BEEN TOO UPSET TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BEFORE NOW. This was wrong, probably not ethical, and a bait and switch move in my opinion.

Had to come in to return a tv. Instead of bringing it up to the service desk for me, they sent me on a wild goose chase to go find it. Well, I couldn't, because the only stock they had was not in the store. Eventually someone in the tv department sent me back to customer service, and said they'd bring it up. 20 mins later, I finally got the model exchanged, after being in the store nearly an hour. Frustrating experience- don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon!

this review is for Best Buy at Park Meadows. bought a new tv which was to be delivered today between 9:00am-1:00pm. got note they were running behind. At 3:30pm, I called Best Buy. Guy looked up my order number and said all four of our warehouses do not have any of the tv's you bought in stock. he then set up a delivery for one week later. Why didn't they call me and tell me they would not be making a delivery??? Very unhappy with Best Buy. Will go to store and complain to manager.

Best Buy was the only retailer that had the Spider-Man Blu-ray movie we wanted to purchase as a gift. We are also in the unfortunate situation of needing to replace our 22 year old fridge (bad timing with supply chain delays and inflation). Best Buy customer service person was helpful and knowledgeable about various manufacturers and wait times for different models. Thanks

Went here today to buy a TV for my daughter. I had been tracking the price, and it was on sale today. The website had a countdown of the remaining time. I waited until Scott was available, gave him the model number, and he said that he would check in the back. I told him that I had confirmed it was in stock. He nodded, went to the back, and came back with the TV. At no point did he suggest another TV, or try to upsell me. I appreciate that. He also loaded it into the car for me! I did get the two-year protection plan, because my daughter is only 18 and I think it's a good idea. I don't have any complaints. Over the years, I've bought laptops, Apple Watches, and IPads from them. This time, they had a much better price for the specific TV than Amazon.
