“**** and ****** did an outstanding job on our master bath remodel project, completing it on time and with excellent quality. They always interacted with us in a professional and courteous manner. **** answered all our questions throughout the process, and worked with us on an item selected that didn't work with our space, replacing it with a more appropriate piece. Their daily preparation of our home prior to the work being completed, e.g., floor tarps, draping spaces, covering vents, etc., was appreciated as was the end-of-day clean-up e.g., vacuuming, wiping down wood floors and stair rails, etc. We would use Re-Bath on another project.”

“I bought a security door and zipper shades to enclose my back patio and I am thrilled with the results. Dylan our salesperson was very knowledgeable when he came to the house to explain the product. We decided to purchase and about 5 weeks later had everything installed. The install team was professional and extremely competent. The zipper shades are an absolute game changer for us as we normally get direct sunlight in the evening. We can now enjoy our patio at any time of day, all year round (even in Colorado!)”

“I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool.
After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her.
Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!”
“Oh, i cant remember her name. The lady at the check out. Her name started with a S. Anywho.. she was amazing. Helped me with my arms full and helped with scan and check out. Very knowledge at her job and work ethic is absolutely amazing. I picked up two fruit trees to prepare for Florida. But i appreciate yall. The gentleman who guided me back to the fruit trees cause they were moved from the greenhouse to the inside. I will always return to this lowes. Customer serice here is great. Thank you both for making my day better. Will be transplanting Saturday!

“It is few and far between to receive great customer service these days. However, this was the Absolute Best Home Depot Experience I have ever had! Kirby, Mark, Preston, Dave, and Zach went above and beyond to help me this evening! The level of customer service I received was nothing short of Exceptional! This group of Fine Individuals worked as a team, had great attitudes, and helped me load several heavy work carts, which took quite a bit of effort. If you Appreciate a high level of service, then this is the Home Depot for you!!”

“Needed a replacement bulb for my kitchen hood. Its an odd one, and honestly I was dreading wandering around a big box store hoping I found the right thing. David approached me just 2 steps in the door..I showed him the bulb I had brought with me, and off we went! He was eager to help, and even explained the differences in some of the bulbs so that next time I will know just what to get. Plus he was very personable and fun to talk to. Definitely will be visiting again soon ?”
