“I am going to edit my review because, in the end, the tool I left for repair was done within the time frame they said it would be done. Which, ironically enough, was one day after I posted my initial review expressing my frustration and bewilderment. I didn't care for the complete lack of communication, or the phones going unanswered when I called. And I certainly didn't like the fact that no one seemed to have any clue as to the progress of the repair. But, as mentioned before, the tool was done within the time frame I was quoted, and that's part of the reason I am editing the review I left initially. I am also editing the review because, maybe, I need to focus more on the outcome, and less on the process.”

“Love this store and the entire team. I’ve been in a lot of paint stores running my own painting business, and the service here stands out. Garvin consistently goes above and beyond — he’s knowledgeable, efficient, and always makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. He understands products, gives solid recommendations, and keeps projects moving without delays. Guys like him are the reason contractors keep coming back. Huge asset to this location.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Brandon, the store manager at Sherwin-Williams. From the moment I walked in, he was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I needed and got everything handled quickly and efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in both his work and his store. Out of all the Sherwin-Williams employees I’ve interacted with over the years, Brandon stands out as one of the absolute best. If every location had a manager like him, customer service would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!”

“My husband had a very particular vision for his garage project. Tessa helped me take that vision and make it a reality. She was able to color match a sign and created a custom paint color that matches perfectly. She was so easy to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was exactly what I’d hoped for. She is great at her job and I appreciate the excellent customer service I received!!”

“My paint was 2 years old and I thought I needed fresh paint. Ashley explained that S-W paint usually lasts a long time if sealed and stored properly. She took a look and put my 2 paint cans in the shaker thingy. I didn’t need to buy new paint. Thank you, Ashley!!!”

“We bought a new house that needed a lot of new paint. We headed to Sherwin Williams with some ideas about colors. We were greeted by Jackson with a warm smile and he made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. He walked us through what to expect with our choice of paint colors, what finishes to choose and helped us estimate our quantity. Jackson was very knowledgeable about all the products we needed and set us up for success. I'm sure that some trips to the paint store aren't always fun, but he kept everything light while he was getting his job done. We really appreciate all of his assistance and would highly recommend him & this store. Thanks!”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience at this paint store! All four gentlemen working there were incredible …so friendly, patient, and truly helpful. Josh, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and the entire staff made me feel welcome from start to finish. I was completely undecided on my paint color and went through so many samples, but they never rushed me and helped me every step of the way. Thanks to their guidance, I found the perfect color!!! and I absolutely love it! Top-notch customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a great overall experience. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone needing paint or advice!”
