UFC GYM Lone Tree is a great gym with a super clean facility and an amazing community atmosphere. The environment is helpful and professional, with knowledgeable coaches for group classes like HIIT, kickboxing conditioning, and mixed martial arts. Training is available for all levels and ages, focusing on general fitness and personal training. Members describe the ambiance as cool and recommend it highly for people who push each other forward. It is a highly recommended place to beat the routine and train differently.

Must be pretty nice people. We parked in there lot while we were waiting to see where the road work was going to be taking place. Nobody came out and punched us in the head lol. Nice building.

This is a GREAT place to set yourself up with all your fitness needs. Trainers are amazing especially the NEW ASST MNGR Keegan Vandermeer who is actually contracted with BKB for fights and he has done other stuff with BKFC. New Management. New Ppl. Absolutely GREAT Place to get yourself started.
