“I’m here on a business trip and saw the great reviews and decided to workout at 212 Performance Gym. They responded to my request for a travel pass and got me everything I needed. The gym is very clean and the equipment was all in great condition. The owners were both here and I was able to meet them. I had a great experience and a great workout. Everyone’s really nice too.”
“Way overdue review. Fun & challenging workouts - great for all levels of fitness. But honestly, you go here for the people. The folks there will become your friends and feel like family in such a positive way. You won’t regret it ❤️?”
“I mainly join the strength-focused classes at F45, and I feel far more effective results compared to when I was training on my own. There are different classes every day and everything is reservation-based, but so far I’ve never had trouble booking a spot. The classes I attend usually have about 15–20 people. We go through 9 stations, 4 rounds each, for a total of 45 minutes (hence the name F45).
The workouts are divided into upper and lower body, so you can choose which area to focus on. For example, upper body twice, lower body twice, etc.
There are always two coaches guiding the class. They’re friendly, proactive, and always willing to help or adjust your form. The music in the studio creates great energy and keeps you motivated. The space is smaller than Anytime Fitness, but it’s more than enough for functional training and well organized.
I’ve been going for two months. After COVID, I lost all my strength and couldn’t do a single pull-up. After just two months here, I can do pull-ups again — although only about a few pull-ups so far, but it’s a huge personal win and I’m excited to keep improving.
Not really a complaint, but the website didn’t clearly explain the class types, so I had no idea what to expect. On my first day I booked a class called “HYROX STRONG,” which turned out to be too intense for beginners. Thankfully, the coaches explained everything via text and helped me switch to a different class before joining.
Overall, this is a well-balanced gym with coaching, community, and real results. Whether you’re a beginner or getting back into shape, I highly recommend it.”

“When I first started coming here I knew it was different than anything I had ever done or tried. I wasn’t fit or coordinated or anything, and I was fairly beginner when it came to group fitness. The Shred staff was so welcoming and supportive of my level and goals. I was so relieved I did not have to be self conscious at all.
Now it’s been 5 years and 1,100 classes later! I have improved a ton and have my shred fam to thank. ?”
“Love this place. I'm no competitor but they get me motivated and make the spend worth it. I've felt great since going and have appreciated the pointers to not hurt my self.”

“This gym truly feels like a second home to me. The culture, technical programming, and supportive coaching are, by far, the best. I’ve spent countless hours over the years investing in my training here. Not because I’m a fighter, which I’m not, but because this place grounds me mentally, keeps me strong and moving, consistently challenges me, and gives me a community I genuinely love being part of. Justin, Ashleigh, and all of the coaches are amazing. They’ve built something really special here. Much love for this gym and this community. I cannot recommend enough.”

“I really like The Orangetheory Fitness. They have a great schedule, so I can always find a class that works for me.
I’ve tried all the coaches and they’re all amazing. I usually go with Chris, Sarah, and Aubrey, and they’re always so nice and helpful. I hadn’t worked out in a while, and this place feels welcoming and like a fresh start. Love the vibe!”
“Stephanie and the other trainers at the studio are fantastic! They’re friendly, welcoming and helpful to newbies and experienced alike. The classes are fun and make exercising enjoyable.”
“Been going to Orange Theory for 3 years now and I’m so glad the Parker location gets to be my main gym. The coaches are wonderful (shout out Malachi, Rachel, Evan) and the style of workouts are perfect for someone needing variety while also being told what to do. OTF is rewarding mentally and physically, the scheduled challenges are such a great way to track progress, the sense of community is refreshing, and the OTF staff takes the time to celebrate your wins/ milestones. It’s all around what everyone needs- health and happiness.”
“Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Crossfit South Denver!I've been attending regularly for over two years, and I can't say enough good things. The coaching from Kyle and Steve is top-notch—they bring an incredible blend of expertise and friendliness that makes each session both challenging and enjoyable. You're not just lifting weights here. You're building an understanding of holistic movement that contributes to your overall well-being.But what truly sets this gym apart is the preventative approach to fitness. There's a distinct emphasis on avoiding injuries, which is a massive selling point for anyone serious about creating a sustainable fitness routine. The programming is intelligent and considers not just strength and agility, but also long-term mobility and health. This isn't your run-of-the-mill gym. It's a place that prioritizes quality over quantity. If you're looking to build a robust, sustainable fitness habit, I couldn't recommend Crossfit South Denver more highly.”

“If you are looking for a gym with community, all class style to tell you what to do, with coaches who pay attention look no further! I followed the owner from another gym but the reality is the members are what makes the place something I can’t give up! Also has in house physical therapy and recovery treatments for additional cost. It’s a one stop fitness shop!”

“This is a really great choice for you if you're looking for a welcoming program that provides straightforward but versatile training for both sportive and self-defense contexts, for students of a variety of martial arts backgrounds. While I came with previous martial arts experience, I've seen other students learn the skills taught here fairly quickly with limited or no experience at all. Coach Jesse is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does, and the program fosters both a supportive environment and rigorous learning. There is a belt program to track progress, but I have never seen any hierarchical or clique-y behavior from more established students towards newcomers.
Notes for consideration: Buying some gear can become necessary later down the line in training (boxing gloves, shin guards, mouth guard). There are both early afternoon and evening classes.”

“I’ve been coming to RMS for almost 2 years. They host a variety of classes ranging to conditioning, to strength, to a mountain fitness class. These classes keep the workouts fun and engaging. You never feel like you do the same workout twice. This is a great class-based gym.”
“Great first experience. Jacky did an awesome job—she asked about any injuries and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before jumping in, which I really appreciated. She kept checking in throughout the class too, which made a big difference.
The other athletes were super friendly and welcoming, so it didn’t feel intimidating at all. And at the end, Jacky took the time to walk me through upcoming events and what’s going on at the gym, which was cool.
Overall, I felt really supported and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.”

“Barwis Methods has been an incredible place for recovery and progress. From day one, the staff has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me improve. The trainers and therapists push you the right amount while still paying close attention to your individual needs and limitations.
The facility itself is top-tier, with advanced equipment and a structured program that keeps you motivated and focused. Every session feels purposeful, and you can tell they have a system that works.
What stands out the most is the positive environment—they treat you like family and celebrate every bit of progress with you. If you’re serious about rehabilitation and getting better, I highly recommend Barwis Methods. Five stars all the way. Thank you Jake, Maddie, and Kielyn”
“OTF Pine Bluffs is a great studio and Becky and has just raised the bar- with her energy and the great vibes she brings to every class. She always goes above and beyond putting extra information and effort into her classes! She just coached an 80’s themed 90 minute class and it was an awesome- cute decorations and GREAT MUSIC! Mad props to her and such a great addition to our studio!”
“Excellent coaches, programming, facility and community. My wife and I have been training at SUT Crossfit for a long time and have nothing but positive things to say about this group. I've worked out at numerous CrossFit gyms since I started in 2014 and SUT Crossfit is one of the best. Can't say enough good things about SUT.”

“I had no interest (or business!) joining a CrossFit gym, but Method was one of the only gyms in the area still open when I got out of work so I figured I’d at least look into it. From my first conversation with the owner, it was clear that being welcoming and community-oriented was a huge priority. While I initially considered the required training session before starting (only for people new to CrossFit) a disincentive, I quickly realized it actually shows that Method cares about keeping people safe/minimizing injuries in a gym setting notorious for injuries from poor form.
The community is amazing. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive and the coaches feel just as invested in out-of-shape me as the members at the competitive level. Each coach I’ve worked with (Nathan, Jared, Drew, Ryan, Maggie, Jess) has been helpful, motivating, and pushed me to work much harder than I ever would if working out on my own. So happy I ended up here against all odds!”
