Hands down the worst martial arts club I’ve ever set foot in. The owner is blatantly greedy and seems far more interested in draining your wallet than offering any real value or quality training. This place is a complete scam compared to other gyms I’ve trained at — Title Boxing, PEAK Kickboxing, Genesis Boxing — all of which actually care about their members and their progress. Here, it’s all about money, not martial arts. The vibe is unwelcoming, the management is shady, and the experience was nothing short of a rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away.

Awesome and friendly staff. Every single coach I met gave off great energy. Gym owner is the man! I never get pressured into taking any class. Coach Clay has a wizardry mind for fighting… can’t say enough good things about this gym. Perfect size and has all the equipment needed to meet any physical goals… from combat equipment to weights. Oh and Jodye is such an adorable and loving dog. They have it all💪🏽

Love the gym, super clean, Mark showed me all the gym, wich is so helpful for someone new like me and make it easy to find the machines I need, I also took a group HIIT Class with Chris, such a professional and really good coach, I felt every single muscle the next day! And the people I share the class were super nice too! Love the ambiance, definitely my TO GO gym in Denver.

Great environment! Helped me learn different aspects of mma and they have lots of knowledgeable coaches. Great place with people who push each other and teach all levels and aspects of the sport.

Best gym in lone tree! Very technical coaches who know how to bring out the best in me. I love the boxing amd kickboxing bag classes! Also enjoy switching it up and taking their muscle makeover class in the evening

My 12 year old son and I both train at the UFC gym in Lone Tree and LOVE it! They have great kids MMA & Ju Jitsu classes with fantastic coaches! I do private training with one of the coaches and use the cardio machines. Great environment! Very supportive and welcoming (even to a middle aged mom with no gym experience)!
Family friendly and also fun to watch the professional fighters practice too!

I’m visiting from Southwest Florida and recently attended a drop-in class for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class with AJ- UFC pro athlete. The instruction and environment were fantastic. The facility was exceptionally clean and offered a comprehensive range of activities, including boxing, BJJ, weights, and Muay Thai.

Well shame on me! I just realized that I have not left a review in quite some time!!I have been a part of the u f c team for 5 years now and have watched the management , come and go... Mark who is currently the owner and has been for several years, has a wonderful team and does a great job!This is my second family and I love coming there, because I feel like I am a part of the team and I am valuedI train with Leo 2 to 3 times a week and also do the boxing classes, and it is such a compliment to my overall fitness routine. The one thing I love is the variety of classes and the time frames.I look forward to many many more years to come.Lasinda
