“Overall, my experience with 5250 was good, but not without challenges. I brought in an LS swap with Painless wiring and ECU. The team got started quickly, but I felt the ECU was dismissed too soon as the root issue, despite Painless being a reputable brand. After trailering the car two hours, I had to bring down a factory ECU to continue. When tuning still didn’t go smoothly, I was told it was a wiring issue and that they couldn’t spend more time on it. Ultimately, the real problem was an incorrect O2 sensor (internal ground vs external ground style) an honest overlook when I ordered. While I appreciate the effort and understand the demands of this industry, I expected more professional communication and less product-blaming throughout the process.”

“I needed coolant for my Subaru Outback so decided to try NAPA for the first time instead of going to the dealership. I'm glad I did! I saved $25 for the same type (possibly better quality too) than purchasing from the dealer nearby.
The two guys in the warehouse, one on the register and on the store floor tag teamed each other to get the proper coolant, Asian Blue, from the shelf and rang me up in a few seconds.
They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.

My terminals and battery I knew had corrosion and they serviced and cleaned it really well, as well as replaced the battery with a new one I purchased.
