“Overall, my experience with 5250 was good, but not without challenges. I brought in an LS swap with Painless wiring and ECU. The team got started quickly, but I felt the ECU was dismissed too soon as the root issue, despite Painless being a reputable brand. After trailering the car two hours, I had to bring down a factory ECU to continue. When tuning still didn’t go smoothly, I was told it was a wiring issue and that they couldn’t spend more time on it. Ultimately, the real problem was an incorrect O2 sensor (internal ground vs external ground style) an honest overlook when I ordered. While I appreciate the effort and understand the demands of this industry, I expected more professional communication and less product-blaming throughout the process.”

“I needed coolant for my Subaru Outback so decided to try NAPA for the first time instead of going to the dealership. I'm glad I did! I saved $25 for the same type (possibly better quality too) than purchasing from the dealer nearby.
The two guys in the warehouse, one on the register and on the store floor tag teamed each other to get the proper coolant, Asian Blue, from the shelf and rang me up in a few seconds.
They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick.
Highly recommend this place for all your auto fluids and parts.

My terminals and battery I knew had corrosion and they serviced and cleaned it really well, as well as replaced the battery with a new one I purchased. Much more effort had to be put in by Ethan and the awesome store manager Al because my terminal needed replaced and they did it free of charge as well. Major thanks and will be sure to come back!!! “My daughter's car overheated just outside of Longmont, CO on her way back to school at CU Boulder. We called AAA Radiator the next morning and explained what had happened. My daughter was very worried about being able to get to class and work and the owner at AAA quickly understood the situation. So, they promised to work us in this week and that he should be done by Friday end of business. Today is Friday at 9am and they called to tell us the car is done and the radiator and work have a life-time warranty. Anything ever happens or we have issues with the radiator, just bring it back. Very thoughtful and professional radiator experts!”

“First the good. The staff here is excellent. VERY helpful and seem happy to work here, unlike an unnamed competitor down the street. Generally the selection is good, but if they don't have something they can usually find it at a neighboring store.
The one issue I would note is that I did buy a part that had clearly been tried and returned, so I now make a point of opening the package before I depart the store.”
“Per others, it's a mom-and-pop operation, they do good work at what seems like a fair price. They did a great job on my car and, when there was an issue w/a messed up electrical connection after, they were quick to fix it. I will use them again if I have to.”

It's frustrating but the warranty on the parts is top notch.Josh Anderson in particular needs major kudos. His communication was top notch and he stayed very busy, working diligently for me to get my truck back in service.”
