Made a reservation, got multiple reminders to pick up my reservation leading up to it.
Morning of, sorry we have no cars.
What a joke, avoid at all costs, now I have to scramble to find a car for a trip I should have already left for.

Great customer service! We rented a car from Avis in Florida for our road trip. Needed to bring the car in for routine maintenance, these guys were great and super speedy! Will definitely use Avis next time I need to rent a car.
