I know the girls here were doing what they could, but what an absolute disaster. They had no clue what they were doing, how to handle a rental car we prepaid for, or how to deal with a corporate code discount. She was on the phone with the manager the entire time while we spent hours here. The woman ahead of us was here longer and was missing her daughter getting ready for her wedding. The car wasn’t even clean when we got here, an hour after we set the reservation for. Truly, don’t even bother.

What a mess. Tiny office where the customer seems to be the least of their interest. Rep was on the phone talking to his manager trying to locate a car in South Carolina or something while I stood there waiting. Then when I returned the car they didn't do a walk around and later I get a letter from Avis saying I broke a window. News to me. So now I have to have my insurance handle it OR THEY WILL CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. Then I get another letter saying I might get charged twice if there is some "calibration" needed due to the broken window. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM AVIS AGAIN. RENTERS BEWARE!!

My wife had to go thru exactly what all 1 star reviews described and then some more. It felt more like she was buying a house than renting a car. She was asked for employment verification, why she had rented a car for a week and returned it the day prior and for the first time in 20 years of renting cars 2 proofs of identification that had to be physical. I guess driver’s license, credit card and being Avis preferred was not enough when Avis website clearly states that a DL and credit card is sufficient.Needless to say never again coming to this location.

Booked online at AVIS said vehicles were available at this location. 10 minutes before pickup time they call and said they have no vehicles available as they were all transferred out. Ended up having to turn around and head to the Broomfield location.To make things worse we tried doing a one way return back to this location, since we were having business performed in Longmont. Trying to reach anyone at this location is horrible. Just ended up returning the car early back at DIA and went with National.Update: 6/24. Avis says to contact them to work out the issue, but the address they provide you gets no response. I love being an Avis preferred plus member.

Booked a mid-size car for fuel economy and when I showed up they tried to put me in a minivan. I refused. Now the peice of a rental car has suddenly doubled overnight.

I Went there to return a car at 11:30 AM and called hello multiple time and That blad guy in the other reviews i guess.. he said we are closed and he want to go for marriage. Worst !! Don’t know what he was doing there with doors opened if its closed.

Terrible customer service at this location. Was told I need two photo forms of ID (beyond the usual driver’s license and and credit card) for same-day rental. Denied my reservation I had made online earlier in the day.

Would never go through this car rental place again, the bald Caucasian guy was very rude and unprofessional. Made my reservation online got to the store, I don't know if this it was the third party or the company but everything was messed up. Overall didn't get my car and dealt with nothing but aggravation and rude behavior from the employee. Never again Avis car rental.

Had a good experience until I saw my credit card charge. I was charged an extra $20 for "refueling" when I brought the car back with more gas than I had received it in. The person who checked me in said I was all good. So annoyed and sad that something like this happened in the town I live in. Will never rent from them again. So shady.

To the point office with exactly all you need. Lauren helped make the super quick and rather easy process seem like nothing. In and out in 5 minutes with an apparent upgrade with no worries... Heck yeah!
