Absolutely awful place I would never come back to. I signed up for the first year of life wellness plan immediately after getting my puppy who ended up passing 8 days later. Now 2 months later I am still fighting with Banfield to let me out of a contract in which I cannot use as my dog is dead. Banfield has been the least bit caring and rude regarding this situation which has been difficult enough on its own. If you want to bring your dog to a place that cares about their clients this is not the place. Just a down right disgusting place

I showed up early for my appointment. They were late, despite no other patients. I have never been talked to or treated so rudly by a vet. She was late and then had the nerve to say the appointment time was going to run out of time when she got impatient with me trying to find an email with his records (which no one would look at prior). I would have been fine with paying for another test to get his medication, but she didn't seem to want to work with me or offer any helpful information/solution. She was irritated with me and we were talking in circles. I felt very disrespected and misunderstood. I literally just had to get up and say I am done and leaving now. I have never done that before. I will Not go back here after how I was treated. One of the worst experiences I have ever had a at a vet.

I use Banfield for both .y dog and cat. They have been consistently friendly, organized, thoughtful, proactive, and informative.

Dr Grossberg was incredibly helpful. He carefully explained options for my dog, Moose - including helping me to understand the cost of treatment with and without the Banfield plans.Leaving the appointment I have high confidence that my pup is going to get high quality care and what the costs and process will look like to me.

This happened around 10:15 am on 9/16/23 at the ************ location. When picking up my cats prescription food at new location, ***** at the front desk told me she could not sell me the food since they dont have an exam on file. Because this is the first Ive heard of this, and my prescription card FROM BANFIELD does not expire for 3 more months, I told her thats fine, I can schedule an exam but I need to buy the food now since I am out of his food. She then told me she would not sell me the food, and that maybe you should be a better cat owner and stay on top of these things. AGAIN, because this is the first Ive heard of this and my prescription card is not expired AND she told me this is because Im not a good cat owner, I responded youre f****** kidding me right? She then spoke to me like I was 4 and said NO MAAM. WE DO NOT SPEAK THAT WAY. I immediately left and got the food at a farther away location (with no issues may I add). When I explained what happened to the employee that the second location, she explained that ****** behavior was inappropriate and that I should file a complaint. When I called the ******** location to get ****** name and a number to call to file a complaint, she hung up on me. I tried calling again, with no answer. I then decided to schedule an appointment with a fake name and used my work cell so she would answer. Thats how I was able to get her name. I have never been treated this way by a Banfield employee and am honestly in complete shock this company allows people who are harmful to their customers and their pets continue working for them. If I was not able to get the food at a different location, my cats health wouldve been jeopardized by ****** incompetence, arrogance, and negligence. I please hope this location considers the ramifications of having ***** employed here, because her actions have been very harmful and inappropriate.

These guys are great, I highly recommend for dogs. They did muzzle my big dog, I'm assuming out of fear which made him more anxious but my recent visit they didn't and he did much better. Not enough frustration to knock down a 5 star to 4

Amazing folks,clear in what your pet needs as well as why. Very patient with your pet as well as attentive to how your pup might be feeling on a visit. Prices are very reasonable, especially in today's money market.

Complete incompetence are the only words that come to mind. It doesn't matter if you walk in with specific problems written down to explain your pet's conditions. They don't read charts. They do whatever they want. I have one dead pet generally due to incompetent health care providers at this Banfield. Now 2. My cat was scheduled for a full body scan on 7/17. Today he had new growths and a bad too th that were discovered by another vet in seconds.Take your pet elsewhere. They are not competent. Period.

I had a really bad experience with this place, when you get their wellness plan you get 3 feces exams for your pet so you would think they would let the OWNER of the pet know when theses exams will be done! My dog had diarrhea so I take him in mind you I’ve only had this plan for 4 months at this point when I go pick up my dog they say I owe over $100 and I’m like how?! And they said that I had already done my 3 feces exam and that I would have to pay for the fourth! I didn’t even know that had done it the last 3 times! I mean I’ve only had the plan for 4 months! When I call to give a complaint they lie and said my wife approved it which was totally false all she did was drop him off! When I tell them I don’t want to pay for the exam Whitney their PM found it easie to kick me off the plan rather than work with me, she insisted I leave the plan so I did! Worst customer service ever!!!

I would give this location 5 stars, if not for some of the employees there. The vets seem great- Dr. Eastman has to be one of the best and most empathetic vets out there. She’s the main reason we still go there. She’s not there very often anymore, because I think she’s like the Chief of Staff or something. But she is amazing with my senior pup. The technicians seem nice, too. It’s really a lot of the front desk people I have problems with. Getting to one of them on the phone is difficult. They’re a busy place, I get it. But they always put you on hold immediately when you call. Sometimes it takes a while for them to come back to you. I don’t like making reviews about one particular instance, because I don’t think it’s fair to base an opinion of a place on one bad experience. It’s just things like not telling you you’re out of refills until you come to get one. Then scolding you for not calling ahead. It’s things like lack of communication. For example, I decided to do all of my dog’s medication orders through their online shop, mainly because my work hours don’t always allow me to get there before they close. But their shop needs authorization, which is fair and makes sense. But sometimes that can take weeks, and no one ever calls to tell you if there’s something holding it up (like the vet being out of town or something). So you’re just sitting there waiting while you’re totally out of medications. When I was there last, I could not get a refill of my dog’s medication because there wasn’t a vet available to approve it who had seen my dog before. Luckily, I was able to finally get an order placed online (it had been out of stock for weeks). But I was also supposed to pick up his heartworm and flea/tick meds, and they wanted me to wait on that for reasons they never told me. I pay for them in my plan, so hopefully I can go pick them up before he runs out. Overall, the vet staff will take stellar care of your pets. I’ve always felt safe bringing my dog there. And Whitney (if she’s still there) is always super friendly and helpful. But if you are a busy, working grownup, sometimes it can be frustrating how unsympathetic and unresponsive the desk staff can be.

They called and tried to have me reschedule twice even though I told them the first time that I was going on vacation the following Monday and could not reschedule because I was going to be gone for an entire week. They handled the animals well at the appointment. And they have a good option for payment plans.

Just had to put my dog asleep. Unfortunately, she only had 2 visits prior. I wish there were more independent Banfield pet hospitals outside of PetSmart. The second we walked in the 1ST time, my dog was so calm, unlike the petsmarts locs that had too many distractions. The vets are amazing at this location & if I ever get another dog, we will go here, 100%!
