The staff was helpful and also helpful of one another. We found what we wanted at a pretty good price.

There is an excellent selection of western boots. Unfortunately the employees providing customer service dont seem as on the ball as whoever takes care of the inventory. Everyone has bad days, its best not to bring that into work though. I will buy what i need from nicer people next time
