“Good experience. The difference between a good business and one that abuses its captive audience is how customers are taken care of when issues come up. That happened to a small shirt order which was probably more miscommunication than anything but Jeff took care of it quickly even though stitching was involved, and I had the right shirts in a short time. That's why we'll continue to purchase here.”
