I am Dissatisfied from Previous Press Service done on Carry In Press Tire, After Tech Returned Rim to me at The Shop I Can see the Inner part of the Hub Snapped Clean. Do to Press done from interior Face (not Outer Ring that's meets the Tire, We had to Purchase a new Hub from in Town Vendor Next Day Air At $700 Cost to my Branch). the GCR Location said it was not there fault but Normal Wear. I will not allow any Further Service from this Location and will Direct all Techs to another Company (CAMSO-Solideal in Denver).

For a company which does such fine work its a slap in the face to customers when they overcharge and then make it very difficult to correct it. I had some tires changed out and was charged a disposal fee for old tires which I TOOK with me. When my pickup driver questioned the charge, he was told it was "part of the deal". I called to question this charge and then was told I could "swing by" and get refunded the charge. I don't consider a 30 mile round trip "swinging by". I also cannot understand why they accept payment over the phone, but cannot issue a refund that way. Sadly seems to be the way of most companies these days. Place the burden of their mistakes on customers. I didn't even get any kind of apology for their error or explanation of why they felt it necessary to overcharge me on something so obviously wrong. If your planning on doing business here, do so in person. That way its very easy to refuse payment on overcharges they wish to make. I certainly will not make this mistake again!
