I drove to his store.. not sure what was wrong with my car at the time
I just knew that there was a noise coming into my car with the windows open or closed.
it sounded very loud.
Steve test drove it in less than 30 seconds identified the problem..
It was a left front hub and bearing.
My car came in limping and in less than 2 hours later ..magic
I was 100% impressed with the work done.

“Ricardo saved the day when our RV was stuck on the side of the road nearby, the studs (?) on our front passenger wheel nearly all broken off. We got lucky it wasn’t worse, and even luckier Ricardo helped us as much as he did. They don’t normally service RVs from what I understand, but he came to take a look and confirmed he could do it before just saying no. I really respect and appreciate them for that. “Went to midas for a break inspection, and service. They wanted to charge me almost $2,000 and said it would take over 3 hrs. Drove to SAFEWAY and decided to swing by at Breaks Plus. They quoted me for almost half as much and did the service in about an hour. Great helpful staff. Thank you Arnold and crew!”

“05/21/2026 Phenomenal Customer Service!
I made an appointment for new loaded front struts and rear shocks replaced. They completed the job in about 3.5-4 hours. Leaving the parking lot and driving down the road, I noticed a growling noice coming from the front of my vehicle when going 35+ mph. I went back to the shop and popped my hood to see if there was something obvious. Travis saw me and came outside right away to see if there was an issue. I told him the noise I heard and he dropped what he was doing to take my truck for a test drive. He believed it was the 4 wheel drive actuators. He pulled it in a bay and Daniel began working on my vehicle. Daniel was very knowledgeable and checked for other possible issues. Daniel began to go over everything the shop touched during the strut replacement. After a little while Travis and Daniel came to me in the waiting room and showed me my 2 broken 4 wheel drive actuators. Since a portion of those parts are plastic and my truck was a 2013, the plastic can break when working on them. Travis offered to cover the whole cost of the actuators and labor. Travis drove to the Ford dealership to pick up the new actuators right away so that I could have my vehicle back the same day. Daniel worked on my truck and a few hours later it was good as new.
Great customer service is hard to find these days. Many places do not have pride in their work and do not stand behind it. Travis and Daniel at Les Schwab Firestone showed excellent customer service, great job knowledge, and passion for their work. I will definitely be going back there for any other work I may have for my vehicle.”

“Based on the other recent reviews, I feel like I went to different place. Except for waiting a few minutes to get someone to the desk to start the installation process, everything went fine. New tires were installed in under 45 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Price was slightly lower than Costco's, and noticeably lower than some of the tire stores.”
