As a Texan, I'm picky with BBQ. I've tried quite a bit in Colorado and this is the first place that is legit. Everything here is phenomenal. Including sides and their staff is awesome. I spend too much money here now.
We serve Southern hospitality through slow-cooked Georgia style BBQ. We select the best cuts of meat and apply our own blend of spices that are sourced locally. We are a scratch kitchen, offering fresh ingredients that are cooked with love. Our meats are slowly smoked by expert pit masters over apple and hickory wood and some of our recipes have been passed down and perfected for generations from our family members.
