Nice prices on "it's-good-enough-quality" tools. Don't buy rotating machinery there, and don't expect items like torque wrenches to be incredibly accurate. No employees besides the managers knows what they have in their own store.
*Edit #2: I was, admittedly, twice too harsh on my friendly neighborhood HFT. The Pittsburgh brand of hand tools IS of pretty decent quality, and the store's pricing is (undeniably) of rock-bottom-bargain-master-style goooodness. Please show compassion for a certain employee who you will almost certainly encounter there. As I quietly observed, I noticed that I was not the only one who thought this employee was... Look, just be nice, ok? The employee is trying their very hardest, is berated, but probably deserves a raise for their dedication to their job.

These people really exceeded my expectations. I had a bit of a difficult situation and Dan was the friggin man. Made it happen, gave great service, went above and beyond to help me.

Excellent tool prices and good selection but the staff isn't consistently helpful.

If you can bear the stench of Chineseium alloy, Cosmoline, and despair, this is a great place for a few carefully selected items. Friendly staff. Love the $10.00 purple HVLP guns and cheap zip ties.

Cheap Chinese made tools. Some are bargains while others are junk. Staff are always super friendly.
