“We have shopped at Murdoch's in Winter Park for years. We recently found ourselves outside Silverthorne with a broken down car. We had a family of four, a dog, and it was -16 outside. We arrived at the Murdoch's frozen and unsure what to do. The team there was outstanding! They immediately brought us into the warmest part of their store and even helped us track down transportation. The store manager and one of the employees named "B" were so incredibly kind it made a terrible situation not just tolerable, but pleasant. B was also incredibly knowledgeable about dog food, which we took advantage of while we were stuck there most of the day. We will continue to shop at Murdoch's and will tell everyone about our positive experience! Thank you!”

It's inherently intimidating to walk into a hardware store as a woman, however I was stopped/greeted, and asked if I needed help by no less than 4-5 people during my short trip around the store. Not only that, the associates seemed not only happy to provide assistance, but eager to make sure their answer as far as the location of something was accurate by inquiring with a nearby associate when needed.
