“For the money, I really can't complain. They often have a tool that I need once and don't want to wait to order it or pay a ton. Their consumable items are also very well priced and decent. The store's okay, pretty average among other Harbor Freights, as is the service. I'll shop here again.”

“Murdoch’s (Longmont) is fantastic and their clearance sales are even better. They have just about everything a farm supply store would have with the exception of trailers and tractor implements (they might, I’ve never inquired). They did help me a couple of years ago, find a product from a supplier in bulk quantities that they didn’t have in stock (nor actually stock at all) which is pretty much unheard of in my experience. They’re like a tractor supply with a firearms/ammo department with a JAX grade tool department (Milwaukee and Dewalt power tools) and a great selection of hand tools. Good deals, quality customer service. Oh, and they have chicks and ducks seasonally.”

“Bill's team crushed it refinishing the floors in our home. We bought an older home with hardwood floors that had seen a lot wear. Nathan, on Bill's team, worked his butt off to get our job done in the quoted time, and really worked hard to do things right. The floor turned out spectacular and is gorgeous. Thanks Bill, Bill and Nathan!”

“We had the sweetest interaction a couple days ago. I believe the cashiers name was Kate. She was so incredibly kind to my kids. She drew them faces on two paper bags so they could play puppets. I actually didn't even buy anything either! I had only come in to use the post office. We need more kindness like her in the world. Thank you so much!!”

“I purchased a Honda generator today and was so impressed with Jenni’s knowledge and great customer service. Brian delivered it to my home the same day and gave me a tutorial. He was thorough and patient and very kind. This is a great business and I’m delighted to have their help in my efforts to maintain my generator. Highly recommend!!”

“I love budget home supply. It is a little out of the way these days but it is worth it. The staff is very helpful. They have helped me fix my plumbing needs many times. The lumber is great. I built planter boxes and the wood has held up for years, is easy to work with and straight.”

“I had a great experience with Ferguson last week. Before my water heater broke, I had basically zero experience with sourcing parts locally. I called around everywhere; Ferguson answered the phone and was able to help me out and provide guidance when I needed it. When I got there to pick up, the employees were super nice and very helpful again. Overall, this is the experience I expect when buying something expensive. I’m happy to give them my money and will come back again to do business with them.”

“Brian Wilcox went above and beyond for my son-in-law today. Made sure we got the right bathtub and surround at the right price. He even helped to find a cart to help load it. It was very refreshing to have such wonderful help. Thank you again!”

“I can’t adequately express how thankful I am for WinAir, and their presence here in Longmont. The capacitor went out in my 25 year old AC unit at my house, for which the capacitor was likely original by the appearance of it and lack of any defining information on it. Some internet research and I identified the specs needed, then recalled that WinAir is a major supplier of HVAC parts in town. I’m not a contractor, and I was able to walk into WinAir with the specs of the capacitor, and had a MARS-brand capacitor in my hand for my 25 year old AC unit within seconds of walking in the door … purely excellent. I’m thankful for WinAir, their staff, and the fact that I was able to fix my AC unit myself with a part that will outlast my whole HVAC system so easily and locally. Made my month!”

“I had to get a replacement hose for my dishwasher and it was not in stock at this store, even though the app said that it was. I was extremely upset about that and when a guy came up to ask me if I needed any help, I explained to him what was going on. He was very nice and said that he could help me on the price of the one that was in stock and he most certainly did just that 😊 I think he was beyond kind and he went out of his way to get the price difference matched up. It was a great help and I'm very thankful for him. Unfortunately, I wasn't even thinking about getting his name at the time, but I will update this if I can get it.”

“The product I was looking for wasn't in the area described by the Lowes app. A worker searched high low for it. He was able to find it for me. He went the extra mile to help me. This kind of help doesn't happen very often. Thank you.”

“Travis at the service desk was a massive help today . I called last Friday about a discrepancy regarding a receipt and he went above and beyond to not only look into this issue for me over the phone but then when I was able to come in today to deal with it , he went the extra mile to help rectify the situation . Very bright and positive attitude , incredibly polite and an overall pleasure to work with. Great job Travis !”
