The community is described as quiet, safe, and overall enjoyable with nice neighbors, despite some noise from the adjacent highway and boulevard, especially in the evenings. The grounds are kept nice and the amenities are well taken care of, though some note the dog park can become muddy. While rent increases upon renewal can be significant and upper management sometimes makes questionable choices, many residents absolutely love living there, calling it an amazing space and one of their favorite places to live.
Hands down, Ironhorse has exceeded my expectations of apartment living. The staff are friendly and responsive. Maintenance is insane with the speed and efficiency when answering requests. I love the community activities they hold for residents. All in all, best apartment experience yet š
