After years of smooth sailing, my NextLight internet connection suddenly went sideways—an issue I couldn't afford, given my full day of Teams calls. I reached out to support, and Jennifer from tech support answered right away. She stayed with me until everything was resolved, demonstrating rare efficiency, exceptional communication, and deep expertise. Bottom line: Jennifer was outstanding and and I am happy to be a NextLight customer.

Best internet. No gimmicks no catch. Just fast, high quality, never down. And the best customer service - hands down. We lost the charge cord for our modem - no problem, come get a new one from the office same day no charge. We needed to move the location of the box(I don't know what it is called or what it does) back to an old location and since it was so quick and easy, they didn't even charge for the call out. Answer the phone when you call and actually helpful!

Fantastic service! These people are great. Daniel was the last guy that visited me to finish the installation. His work and cooperation were spectacular. I could not be happpier. BTW, I forget who did the pre-install work but he was also really great. I'd offer more than 5 stars if I could.

We are so lucky to have this service in Longmont. The people working there are great at what they do and easy to talk to! I'm getting a new home build installation and they are keeping in constant communication with me about it. I really appreciate the level of customer service!

I was doing some landscape work in my backyard and ran into the fiber line then my internet quit. I called the service line and reported the problem. It was my fault, I did not call for locates. Within 15 minutes of the call A gentleman by the name of Abe from Nextlite was at my home. This happened at around 10 AM. I had to run an errand and when I came home around 12 Abe had the the internet up and working. I'm ever grateful for the services that Abe and Nextlite provided today as I work from home.
