The parts department have no interest in keeping customers. They are rude, and have no idea what customer service looks like

Rarely have I felt so disgusted with, cheated by and steamrolled over by a business. When my company van needed a new transmission, I immediately thought 'take it to the Ford dealership' -- they'll use factory certified parts installed by certified mechanics and be backed with a full warranty....WRONG! The transmission completely failed in under 11 months ('warranty' was for 3 years); I had it towed back to the dealership where it sat for another month and a half. They told me their 'warranty' only covered the transmission and they told me I would have to pay them again to re-install the replacement (another $1,600). I picked it up and within the first few days noticed that the replacement transmission was already 'slipping' and revving up high before changing into gears; the fuel mileage dropped immediately from 412 miles a tankful (14 gallons) to less than 300 miles a tankful! I lost over 25% fuel mileage! I took it back - they called me week later and told me that their mechanics noted the 'slipping' between gears and the high rev up before shifting into gear but that there was nothing else they could do because it was up to the company they bought the transmission from and they wouldn't pay to fix it. I didn't take it to the second-rate company they bought it from - I took it to MIKE MAROONE FORD. They said I would have to pay them more money to 'diagnose' the problem because they said it wasn't related to the transmission; it was the only work that was done to my van - before I took it to them, 412 miles, after I got it back, less than 300 miles. When I tried to discuss it with them, they simply got upset and shut down the conversation by talking fast and not giving me a chance to respond (they just talked over me while I tried to get a word in). Two 'bad' transmissions in a row and they refused to do anything more when clearly it is defective. My van is now unusable for business because of this - they refused to do anything more and 'pushed me out the door'. I paid almost $9,000 directly for the transmission work - over $2,300 for rental vehicles while they had my van. I don't want to see anyone else taken advantage of by this big, money making corporation - I wasn't treated like a human being, but like a 'mark' to be 'fleeced of cash'. Buyers beware!

I can't address the sales department in this review. I have no experience with it. I do have experience with the service department and I can tell you I wouldn't allow them to repair a child's tricycle. They had my car for a week, provided repair codes in 2 days, sat on it for 5 more days, didn't communicate despite my reaching out multiple times and I had to waste 45 minutes in the service department waiting for to pick up my car. If there is a better way to screw up a customer satisfaction experience I don't want to know about it. After dealing with this frustration I contacted an independent repair shop who was extremely responsive and quoted a repair price that was fully $2000 less than what Maroone quoted- and the repair turn around time is 4 days versus god knows what at the Maroone group of losers. I honestly have never had a worse experience at an auto repair facility. They are 15 ways of awful, and that's on a good day. Run-don't walk- to someone else.

Julio Martinez is the BEST!! my F150 had been in another shop for seven weeks I was so frustrated. It's a long story, but I finally got it over to ford and Julio took care of me within a week they solve the problem. He's absolutely amazing he he took care of me, gave me a deal for the work done. got me back on the road. My F150 -I call her Pearl- has 363,000 miles on her. The best truck I've ever had I highly recommend Ford trucks in general especially the platinum!! I never had a problem with her until I took her to this random other shop that was terrible. They didn't solve the problem for 7 weeks THEY took her to Mike Moroone Ford themsleves and everything was fixed in a week!! I'm forever grateful and I will now be a faithful client. Julio Martinez has incredible customer service skills always called me back always kept me in the loop took very very good care of me. I'm forever Grateful.!! I highly recommend in Longmont Ford, Mike Maroone Ford!!

My Truck was stolen from DIA and was found 3 days later on the street with missing tires and wheels and substantial damage on the inside. I called Josh Anderson right away and told him the scenario. I told him i would be sending new wheels and tires to the Dealership so that they would not have to try and move the truck around with no tires and wheels. Josh coordinated the truck delivery with the tow company had his guys jump on mounting the wheels and tires so that the truck could get off the rollback ruck with no further damage. Josh had his tech get right on the truck and did a very thorough inspection and found damage that i had missed. His customer service ad communication are second to none. Josh's' attention to detail, customer service skills and communication is how all Service writers should conduct themselves. He has also taken the burden of working with the insurance company off of my plate. If you want to be taken care of 100% always ask for Josh as your Service Writer i cant say enough good things about him.

I showed up at my appointed time. Went to a row of service desks. All heads were down. Finally I got someone's attention. I was told that for diagnosis, I had to leave the car for 2-3 days. The reason I was not told this before was because I made the appendment ONLINE. This is no excuse. Do your job. Read the online appointments.

I like to add last time I was in Longmont Ford they told me I had a major oil leak and put dye in the car I have not seen one drop of oil on the ground before since or after. I find that very very suspicious after this review which all of it was true. The general manager Pat called me he's the one that sold me the SUV. He is one of the saving graces of this establishment and because of him and only him will I go back and purchase another car. He called me yesterday after I got home after my surgery listen to my story and told me to bring the car in the service manager Chris then called me he told me to get it in first thing in the morning and page him. I did what I was asked. They got me an immediately they switched out the new battery with another new battery checked my entire system ,no charge no pun intended. All in all one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a dealership and I always wait for my car. There was only a couple times, when they had it over a week or two, and I got a ride home or a loner. So I've changed my review because of these two men. We all know all it takes is one good guy to make a business thrive well, this one has two. If you count on the GM and the service manager I think you'll come out happy every time, I did and so I changed my review. I'm the first one to shoot an arrow if you suck, I'm also the first one to apologize, I would definitely trust these two men.

I thought buying a car from these guys was too good to be true and unfortunately I was right. After only owning the car for less than three months the back rear brakes started making a loud humming noise. When I tried address the issue to the dealer I was told that it's common and not to worry about it. WHAT?!!!A loud weird moaning noise on a brand new vehicle is normal. Okay. I only paid $27,000 with $3000 down to be treated like this. I'm told you can bring it in...but we don't have loaners and it could take 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, just to get you a loaner. What a JOKE in customer service. These guys are all great when they want your money, but when it comes down to actually delivering a reliable true certified car-don't expect it. Read the other reviews and take them as warnings as I should have!!!! These guys don't give a single crap about you and what they sell. You'll have to call so many times to even get a lame answer because no one wants to deliver quality service, just quality scamming. I finally brought car in, charged me another $100, said it was fixed. And guess what...the car still makes the same damn noise!!! Just do yourself a favor! Stay far far away from this dealer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer.

A/c in my 2013 Escape died on a 100 degree day. My very amiable service coordinator was Erik Wolken. He was very professional and responsive and did what I asked, keeping me apprised of the progress by phone. I highly recommend this Ford Service Center and Erik Wolken

inquired about cars and prices, they thought they were being cute playing hardball. "There's one a little closer, I can probably get it if you're ready to go on one, just need to start the purchase process" when i asked for a link to a car they were going to source "No sir no link that would show where we get the car from, curious though why would you not be ready to purchase after inquiring to purchase online". Crooks man. Want me to start a purchase process for a car I've never seen, don't know specs/stats etc and then have the balls to tell me TO MY FACE they are trying to hide where they get their cars from. Was waffling between ford and dodge and this cemented my decision. Bunch of crooks, avoid at all costs.

Initially the service department was great. However not sure what has happened recently. Josh was to investigate an odd noise from the front end of my F150 and I brought it in to also get the oil changed. After three days of "diagnosing" the noise and changing the oil, they called to say they found a leak in the thermostat that they would replace (after a "normal" system pressure test). They did not even check the noise which was the primary reason for bringing it in. After leaving it from Thursday to Tuesday, I took my truck home as they stated that it was "ok" to drive while they got approval for the warranty repair. I set up an appointment for a week later with Josh as we figuring the warranty should have been approved by then.....and to also get a tech to check the noise, 4 more days and nothing. I cannot get a hold of Josh after multiple attempts. Finally got a hold of him and nothing was done. "Still waiting for warranty to approve the thermostat repair and the noise was "normal". Acted super busy and rude when he was supposed to call me back "right away" when I finally did get him on the phone..... but had to call back after waiting two more hours. Bottom line, I will be going to another dealership for future maintenance and if there are any issues.

While I can't say I am happy about the length of time I was without my car, I can say once Julio Martinez got involved, he was able to turn things around and get the car fixed and offer some discounts that tremendously helped our family during these difficult economic times!! Ask for Julio when you bring your vehicle into Mike Maroone Ford!

Took my truck in for a noise in the front end. They charged a diagnostic fee of $180 and didn't fix the problem. Left 3 messages with the manager with no response. They basically stole my money with nothing to show for it. Horrible customer service and would not recommend them

No response to inquiries. Dishonest representation on website. Ford needs to check themselves. Stop creating hype over vehicles you know you can't produce. Stop listing vehicles on your website you can't sell and/or don't have. It's dishonest. I'm so freaking sick of these greedy corporations screwing people over.
