  This spot is a hit or miss. The lines aren't the greatest. Seeing only one person working the register sometimes makes me want to put my things back and walk out. It isn't a terrible place, but it could definitely use some improvements in organization, cleanliness, and the flow of the lines.

  I like Ross stores but the one in Longmont is worse than a swap meet. Ghetto, stinky, and dirty, and no matter how friendly you are, the girls at the checkout always have bad attitudes and are always rude.

  Hello I am giving this cashier a 1 star. I would’ve Gaven her a 0 star, but it’s fine. This cashiers name was Ximena. Ximena was very rude. When she was attending us she had an ugly attitude. You could tell that she definitely did not want to be there by the look of her face. Another thing is that she didn’t speak any Spanish to my mother. When we went to the store I went with my mother that doesn’t speak English and she didn’t speak any Spanish to her even though. Last time I went she was speaking Spanish to her coworker. Talking smack about someone. Which is VERY rude. If she is working in customer service she should have a good attitude and not a pissy one! She also had a very bad attitude with another one of her coworkers. This lady was very sweet and kind. The lady told Ximena something and Ximena gave a her pissy response. Ximena did not have to act like that! please do something about his because this is not okay.

  I personally do not shop at this Ross any longer because I’ve also experienced horrible customer service here. Not every customer is a “meth addict” (as another reviewer accused two of the people who wrote reviews which was quite ignorant and unnecessary) just because they had a bad experience. It is actually possible, and true, that the Ross employees at this location could use some training on customer service and common courtesy. Why bother shopping here when Marshall’s is right next door with nice employees and better merchandise?!

  I want to share with you my last experience in your store longmont
  With no exaggeration it’s the worst costumer service i ever seen
  The cashier were very rude with my sister first while she was doing the payment by asking her about her slippers if it’s from the store or she paid for it .
  When i want to see two bags to buy them i was waiting about 20 minutes to find someone to unlock the bags for me .
  The girl working wasn’t so happy about that
  She took the bag straight to the cashier , when i asked that i want to see it first she said it’s not possible to let me go to see it at the mirror with a lot of attitude.
  I didn’t say anything and i didn’t want to buy it anymore obviously because of the worker’s behaviour
  I just want to pay what ever i choose and leave.
  When i was paying a guy entered with no uniform or name tag, in a very bossy way like there’s something suspicious and was looking to my card information on the system of the cashier.
  I didn’t want to escalate the situation i took my stuff and
  left .
  Just after we walked out of the door 4 of them the 3 girls and 1 guy where staring in a very unusual way until we reached the car .
  So i decided to go back with my brother and law to check if there’s something wrong with the payment or whatever it’s
  We were talking in a very respectful and professional way however we didn’t get that back .
  They were super rude and loud, they used streetlengo .
  We asked for names so we can report what happened, they refused to give us.
  They called the police and we get band from the store.
  
  I really recommend you to check the cameras even if there’s no sound , it’s obvious from the body language.
  
  It’s so sad and disappointed.
  It’s not a way to treat a costumer.
