“Old Town Marketplace in Longmont is an interesting place with a lot of history! It’s home to Abuelita's Empanadas and Colorado Dumplings, and both are fantastic places to grab a bite. This was my first time exploring the building, and they have great seating for a quick meal. It's a must-visit, especially during the weekdays when there are fewer people. The shops inside are all so cool and unique—there is truly something for everyone!”
