Hours: TinkerMill is the largest makerspace in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. It is an amazing and unique place for hobbyists or those looking to start something new, providing a great foundation for the community. Members have access to different shops for activities like 3D-printing, woodworking, welding, machining, electronics, laser cutting, robotics, metalcraft, jewelry making, sewing, and stained glass, so there is always something new to try. It is a place where like-minded people interested in art, technology, science, and business can collaborate, share tools, learn, teach, and prototype new ideas. The shop leads are fun and excited to share their skills. As a non-profit, it functions off donations and membership fees. Some workshops or equipment use have additional fees to cover teacher time or material costs, but members can often use their own materials. Tours are informative and help people see it is a good fit. It is considered the best hackerspace ever, a real workshop with real people, and a unique opportunity that other maker spaces do not compare to.
