Mariah Quenzer is the best! I take all of my kids to her. She does an amazing job on all ages. My 15 year old son 17 and 11 year old daughters don't want to go anywhere else either. Colors and cuts! I love the way my hair looks and feels after! She is the best!

The store employees don't give accurate return information when you purchase things. I was told I could return something as long as I had used less than 50% of it. When I went to return it, I was told there's actually a 60 day deadline. Seems pretty basic to just include that information initially. And the girl checking me out snapped at me when I pointed out she had rung in one of my items twice. She seemed pissed that I said I didn't want the item I was trying to return back and she could just throw it away.

Omg what can I say about the stylist Mariah?? She was absolutely amazing and such a great person she deserves a damn raise!! Truly, she was kind, polite, and was so informative that it was so incredible!! She cared about her job and it showed so well!! She was sweet and even made sure I made it out on time!! I am a dedicated customer from this point on and will tell anyone that she is the BEST!! Thank you Mariah Q for making my day!!

Devlyn L. at the Salon was amazing! I got a much needed haircut, she gave me fabulous face framing layers and curtain bangs. She also did a scalp treatment on me, which was awesome! She is very professional, and does a great job! Highly recommend!

I had my hair cut by Mariah, well honestly just adjusted as the last stylist messed it up. She not only made my hair look incredible, but made it feel so much lighter!! I absolutely love my cut and am so glad I found her!!!

Mariah went above and beyond getting my hair color just right. It was the first time coloring my hair and she nailed the red ! While my hair was processing she color matched me with a foundation and loose powder. She is knowledgeable not only in hair but with makeup products as well. She is the perfect person to go see for your hair & beauty needs.

Huge shout out to Mariah, I took a makeup lesson with her and she was wonderful. Took time to answer all my questions, and was a great teacher. I absolutely recommend her! Truly 10/10

The last few visits haven't been so great. On 6/11, we weren't greeted when we walked in. Which is so rare! Even when the associates are at the registers, someone is always greeting us. I was looking at product and testing at one of the testing areas for about 20 minutes. Not one associate came and asked if I needed help and there was one that was nearby. Then I made my way to a brand that was right at the front (Fenty), probably did three trips as i kept trying to find a matching shade. Again, not one associate came over and offered help. After being in the store for 30-45 minutes, we left empty handed. I stood at the doors waiting for my child to follow, and I didn't receive goodbye from any of the associates at the registers. And let me tell you, we were very vocal upon leaving; there's no way we just slipped under their noses.
The only person I heard throughout the store was the salon stylist with her client.
I've been going to this store since they opened in Longmont. And it's only been the last few months that I've had this poor experience.

Mariah did my hair and it is exactly what I had in mind. She also gave me lots of good product recommendations and taught me some techniques for my curly hair. Really good option for curly hair and overall a really good experience!

Mariah is an amazing stylist! We had a very through conversation when taking my hair from brown to blonde. My hair has had a lot of damage and color, and she did a test strip for me. She has always been so sweet and gentle.

I had an appointment at the Ulta Salon on Saturday, May 3rd at 10:15am for my daughter’s Prom hair and makeup, booked over a month in advance with stylist Mariah. At 9:30am-less than an hour before-I was called and told Mariah couldn’t make it due to a move, and our appointment was canceled. This last-minute cancellation on Prom day left us scrambling to find another salon, paying extra, and dealing with unnecessary stress. As a loyal Ulta customer, I’m extremely disappointed that no alternative was offered and no manager reached out. This experience was unacceptable and turned a special day into a stressful one. DO BETTER ULTA!
