There is no ATM

(Update: I wish I could remove my 1 star to make it 0 after that lame response from the owner)I share the same sentiment with other commenters: such a strange location, with a counter full of teller spots, and no tellers to assist. You kind of just look around at the first banker at a desk to notice you and call you over. Whatever, not the biggest deal.My real gripe is with their ATM. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and during the week, closes promptly at 5pm. No card entry after hours or anything. They mentioned they'd be installing an outdoor ATM, but that was over 9 months ago.Time to change banks to something more convenient!

Got a refi on a car loan, which has been a complete nightmare. Opened the loan In April, they waited almost 5 months to notify us that the DMV kicked the lien info back because their paperwork was wrong, so we had to resign the paperwork. 11 months later, we get a letter telling us that someone requested a duplicate title and we had 10 days to send it back to them. We never requested that title, why would we? Its under loan. Then they tell us the original financier requested it. But we have to be the ones to chase it down for them or we default on the car loan. Never missed a payment, never late on a payment, but we will be the ones to default. What do they expect us to do? We call the number on the letter, and we were sent to the wrong department three times, disconnected twice and then told it was a fishing scam. Their own loan department couldn't even help us, insisting we MUST go to the branch and take care of it there. Seriously? What info are they going to have that their loan services dept doesn't already have. They couldn't even give us the branch managers name. Words cannot describe how frustrated i am. Why has it taken them almost a full year to get this in order?

I agree with previous reviews that zero stars would be appropriate. I have never encountered the lack of customer service in a long time. I will not name the male individual that treated me so poorly. I just wanted into my safe deposit box. It was unbelievable who rude and apathetic he was about giving me access to the box. It took booking an appointment well over a week away. It is ridiculous and just unacceptable. I am sure management is probably more the problem here, lack of training (definitely), and basically it seems no one cares at all what a customer needs. I hope they go out of business. Unfortunately, that will not happen but that is the only message some businesses will listen to.

I visited this branch this morning. I was promptly greeted coming in to wait in the teller line....................and that was it. I waited for about 5 minutes for the 1 teller to finish the transaction with her current customer & no one else around offered to help. Such a PAINFULLY slow to wait in a big empty US Bank branch with a couple other workers sitting at their desks. Not impressed. I went to the small branch at 9th & Coffman and was done in less than 2 mins. Why wasn't more help on the line? And why wasn't anyone else helping the teller complete the transaction of the customer in front of me? It seemed like they needed quite a bit of information verification for the customer & put it all on the shoulders of the 1 teller. I see why this branch was closed for so long. I'd rather go to the 9th and coffman location or even make drive to the King Soopers on Hover.

I would never do business with a bank that isn't open on Saturday. Who are you catering to? You may have to pay more to get people to work for you. Cheap basturds

I don't recommend this particular branch. They removed money from our account (to correct an error made by their teller) and didn't feel the need to notify us before they did it or tell us why they did it. We had to call around and find another branch that was willing to help us find out why they took almost $2,000 from us.

USBank is a joke. Don't bother wasting your time with them. Too bad zero stars is not an option. I hope USBank goes out of business. Your bank account balance may be completely different from what they tell you it is, that way you overdraw and they get to claim you owe them money. Never bank with USBank.

I've moved my business to chase. Us bank tricked me. They gave me a line of credit and I repeatedly asked how it accused interested and when I had to pay it back before interest. They told me it was just like a credit card that if you pay it all back before the due date then there will be no interest. Wrong, it actually accrued interest daily even if I planned to pay it back two days after using the line of credit. I also don't like how none of the staff know my name or happily greet me. At chase, after only visiting the bank a few times, they knew my name and were very friendly! Chase also seems to be more technologically savvy. I would not recommend us bank and niether would most of my family. Also this location does not have a drive through.

I work for a small business. A US Bank customer wrote a NSF check to the business. I called the bank several days in a row and the check would not clear. I called 6/4 and the funds were available. I took the check in to purchase a cashier's check to obtain the funds and the bank refused to honor the check. It is a horrible bank policy causing unnecessary problems when it is the only option available. If the check had been re-deposited it is very likely it would have been returned NSF again and the small business would get charged additional fees for depositing it. It would not hurt anything to allow the cashier's check to be purchased.

This phone number directs you to the location on 4th and Coffman. So if you ask something specific like "do you print single checks for a checking account?" They say yes and then you go to the branch on 8th and Coffman and they don't print checks. The too banks have only 1 phone number and wasted some of my time.
