“We had a really great experience working with Josh.

We first visited the store back in November 2025 just to start exploring options. Our current washer and dryer were still working fine, so we were not in a rush and just wanted to learn and eventually upgrade. Josh took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel pressured. What stood out to me was that if there was ever something he did not know right away, he followed up within 24 hours with a detailed voicemail, which I really appreciated.

Fast forward a few months later to February 2026, we finally made a decision. I reached back out, and Josh not only remembered us, but responded incredibly quickly and helped us finalize everything.

The delivery and installation process was also excellent. The team was very thorough, took photos of their work, and made sure everything was set up and working properly before leaving. It made the whole experience feel seamless and stress-free.

Overall, I am very happy with our experience and if we ever need another appliance, we know exactly where to go and who to ask for. :) Highly recommend!”

“Great experience start to finish! We were looking for a new range, fridge, washer & dryer. No emergency, just replacing the old (20+ years) stuff. Michael Tsou was an excellent salesperson - knowledgeable & responsive. The items arrived ahead of schedule & since we were on the waitlist, the scheduling department (Tim) reached out with a new date almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Day of delivery, the install team (Robert & Jeremy), were excellent. They worked hard, removed our old appliances (no easy task) & installed the new quickly, efficiently & in a friendly manner.
