“I really wanted to learn to knit before leaving on a last minute vacation. Celeste did a great job explaining and demonstrating. She was able to give me a private lesson the day I called. Her store is well supplied and has beautiful yarns. It’s amazing how adept she is at helping others with their projects. I look forward to returning.”

“Best customer service hands down! Whoever hires and trains is doing a great job of hiring great people. I left feeling like the people whom work there enjoy their work environment that they are truly happy to be of service. Rare these days. “I placed an online order for Mother’s Day and despite me entering in my mom’s address, it still defaulted to my home address. I reached out to customer service via email and was thrilled with the quick resolution to my problem. Thank you, Maria! I even received a small refund due to the sales tax differing from state to state. It’s a pleasant surprise to receive prompt, attentive customer service!”

“I don't normally write reviews, but seeing as reviews were the reason I went to this store in the first place, I felt I had to share my experience.

I haven't painted a miniature in over 20 years (I helped my brother paint them when I was a little kid), and I've never tried playing the tabletop game at all. I met Ken when I walked in and explained that I'm essentially new to The Hobby and was looking to get into it. Ken was AWESOME. He got me set up at a table in the shop and walked me through painting my first Space Marine. We chatted about painting, the rules of the tabletop game, the various factions, etc. for nearly three hours. He was super knowledgeable and a ton of fun to hang with. I cannot overstate how welcoming and cool the environment in Ken's store is.

If you have even a passing interest in anything Warhammer related, you owe it to yourself to check out this store in Boulder. It is top to bottom, front to back Warhammer, including miniature sets, paints, rulebooks, terrain, and accessories, as well as several tabletops for people to run games on. I'll definitely be going back, once I finish painting my first Combat Patrol, to play my first game!”

“Always a joy to walk into this B&N. Bookstores are my happy place though. Help always available. I've never encountered a staff member who seemed like they didn't want to be there. They all like their job.

Sections labeled well and in order. Large enough aisle space between shelves to allow customers to loiter in an area of interest. A few places to sit and look through books to help make book choice decisions instead of standing and juggling them. It would nice to see benches like you might see in a shoe store to sit for a few minutes too.”

“I brought in nine acrylic canvas paintings for custom framing, and Ivy in the framing department was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. She guided me in choosing the perfect frame for each piece, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The finished work truly has a museum-quality look, and I can now fully enjoy my paintings. I highly recommend Ivy to anyone who needs assistance selecting frames. Thank you, Ivy!”

“Good spot, not a huge variety of serious board games, but still a decent selection, not to mention lots of stuff for people of all ages and abilities.

Staff was really nice when we were there.”

“This place taught me not to judge an LGS by its cover. I had just arrived in Colorado and was looking for a nice place to draft MTG. I was pretty spoiled coming from the Mox Boarding House and didn't know what to make of a place that sold stamps and coins as their primary business. But they have such a lovely little Magic community that is by far the friendliest and most fun that I've experienced (in Colorado or abroad). I'll be heading back home to the Mox soon, and only wish I could take this place with me!”

“I have never gone to sell silver or gold to a coin shop. I went with a friend a week ago to Tebo Coin. What a positive experience we had! Excellent service! Very patient and kind as we learned about our treasures. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Tebo if you want to sell coins or jewelry. Comfortable and efficient.”
