Laura was fantastic. Too bad she had to not only check me in but also draw my blood. Which she did with perfection, least amount of pain in and out I have ever had. Her experience and knowledge was noticeable and very appreciated. Please give this location more staff, especially early and late.

Strange testing experience here. Workers were curt. You have to walk to the main lobby bathroom to give a sample — very awkward walking through two lobbies with a cup full of pee.

Wayyy under-staffed. I was absolutely BLESSED to be waited on and my blood drawn by the most delightful, wonderful young lady whom was not only checking everyone in, explaining all of the rules, as well as sharing the drawing duties (named Aaron or Aryn I think). The only bright spot of this appointment.
