My experience here was seamless. Had an appointment scheduled and was in and out in 30 minutes. It wasn't busy when I was there so I'd guess at certain times a walk-in might go relatively quickly too. They have a digital kiosk that makes check-in easy. There is plenty of parking since this location is in a hospital. Finding the suite was a bit tricky but there are multiple doors into the building and plenty of directories to guide you. I went a little out of my way to go here and it was worth it. Might do testing here again in the future!

I’ve had blood drawn at this location twice now and both times as a walk-in. I came with my paperwork from the doctor and also ensured I was showing up at a less busy time.I have nothing but great experiences at this location doing the above. The lady working the front desk (who also takes my blood) has always been in a great mood, very friendly banter, and on top of that she’s efficient!Nothing but love for this location. I have been to other locations and have had leas than ideal experiences but this one? They’ve been great.

If you go here, ask for Dena to draw your blood. I have veins that many people have trouble with (unless they are very experienced and GOOD) and she always gets one in one try with no problem.

After 6 months of constantly calling and fighting with Labcorp they still can't get my bill correct, and they keep threatening to take me to collections. Avoid Labcorp, they are a terrible business.

All these recent negative reviews had a very different experience than I did. 10am on a Thursday, walk-in, slightly confusing check-in process but the employees were very friendly and got me back there and done in just a few minutes. There were multiple people coming through during this time and already a couple ahead of me but they had at least 3 staff and it wasn't an issue at all.

I get extremely nervous with needles and have had experiences getting blood drawn in the past that resulted in almost passing out. Reading the bad reviews didn’t help my anxiety. I got 14 tubes drawn today and had a great experience! The phlebotomist was extremely kind, let me lay down, made conversation the whole time, and didn’t rush me out after it was over. The check in process was easy and I wasn’t waiting long to be seen.

We went in to get a full panel of blood work done- 26 vials to be exact. The phlebotomist assisting us was unorganized, mixed up several tubes, only had 1 glove on which they used to pry open a rusted outlet plug to the fan. They tripped over the fan cord that was placed by them several times. My mom had to assist throughout the whole hour and a half by holding tubes, the tray to place the blood in, dropped the blue tape on the dirty floor. Their energy was chaotic and frazzled and with myself or anyone being ill this is not acceptable in any form. The phlebotomist did not pull out tubes for 26 vials of blood from the refrigerator which clearly stated in BOLD on the lab form. They never placed them in a chilled or cold location after they were completed. There was also a mess up on a 24 hour urine collection which they failed to give us the proper instructions. (New Labcorp location) the women who helped us asked who did our labs and she expressed that who helps us was new and NOT EXPERIENCED. Already in pain and to complete the urine collection I had to get off all of my medicine. Today we went to drop off the collection and they would not place it on ice as instructed and told us that there was an additional urine sample needed. To say the least, this is malpractice and incompetents on several of the staff members. You would imagine paying $7,800 for labs that Labcorp could treat you with at least better bedside manner. It keeps getting worse- we went back to the original lab core and the women at the front desk said “protocol changes often and we are not always kept in the loop” after her manager told other something completely different. We asked for an itemized copy of every thing they test and they failed to include 2 test. We brought this to the attention of the front desk women and she said “codes change - so I didn’t know… which means she failed todo her do diligence and check the codes. I’m not missing 2 test that we’re not done along with a new 24 urine panel. To be treated so poorly and have spent 6 hours of the day driving back and forth between locations due to the fact they don’t answers phones is neglectful and inappropriate on every level.

This Labcorp in conveniently located in in the Avista medical building. I have visited this location for blood work countless times over the past twenty years for the simple reason that it is steps away from my primary care physician. Unfortunately, I often tend to regret it. The lab always has a long line and only one person working. The person is always new and inexperienced, which seems to be part of the problem with the long wait. In December visited this lab and had to wait and hour and forty-five minutes. Today I learned that they lost my blood work! (You had one job!?!?) I'm a patient person but this is not the first time that this has happened! The only reason that this place is still in business is because of its location. (And the only reason for my two stars.) I get it, the convenience is everything, but don't be tricked you'd be better off driving to a different lab.

I made an appointment online for a lipid panel, received two confirmation emails and a confirmation number. Show up after fasting and there is no record of me. Receptionist keeps asking me to check my phone for more information even though she admits there’s no cell service in the office. Tells me to leave the hospital and go out in the parking lot for better reception. Frankly it’s just easier to book any other blood lab.

I had an unfortunate experience here. The tech was extremely cold and rushed. She came running into the room, didn’t even look at me, asked for my name and DOB, scanned a tube, popped a needle cap into the trash and stabbed my arm without tourniquet, handed and a cotton swab, and said pressure, then wrapped my arm said have a nice day and left the room. No joke maybe 1 minute tops. While I’m grateful it was quick. There was no “bedside” manor or conversation. It didn’t feel like she cared much for her patients and we were just a number to her. Bummer! Because she wasn’t graceful my arm bruised quite badly at the needle site.

The nurse was nice and kind as most nurses are, but the front desk and the Labcorp organization as a whole is a dumpster fire. Before my insurance approved the claim they sent me a notice saying it was due on receipt. I paid the invoice right away. Upon approval of the claim by insurance this scum of an organization didn't even let me know that they processed the cheque sent by the insurance. A week later I call them to check on my refund upon which they "initiated the refund". So if I hadn't called them, they would have pocketed the extra money. Wow, how low can you go as an organization?! Avoid this scam.

It took so much time to get my two weeks old baby his second screening. Staff was slow and unprofessional. You could feel some tension between them. They made me "fix" the paperwork the the previous person checked.

Staff was not friendly, EXTREMELY poor communication skills and unprofessional. Front desk woman warmed up a little, the phlebotomist was horrible. I almost wanted to say something to her about her attitude. Yikesss
