I made an appointment and arrived 45 minutes before my appointment. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes the staff announces they are closing the lab. I ask about my appointment, and because I am doing a breath test they won’t honor my appointment because it will cause them to be there 15 minutes after their pretend close time. This lab and its staff do not put patients first and like to waste people’s time.

I’ve been getting my blood drawn here for years now. It’s a busy location. Appointment recommended. It’s clean and the staff are kind and gentle. They are usually short staffed and any issues they have are usually due to this. Labcorp, if you’re reading this, please support your staff better at this busier location and hire a few more people. Thanks.

Slow, inefficient check-in process. Can't talk to the person at the desk and have to use the kiosk. 2-hour wait time.
Technician dripped blood in 3 spots on my wife's dress, ruining it.
Go anywhere else.

A bit chaotic, but if you make an appointment rather than a walk-in you’ll get seen sooner. They said it’s normally busier on Fridays

Terrible check in process, messed up the information on our babies record. Need to learn how to communicate. Had to prick our babies heel multiple times do to not doing it correctly and got blood all over.

Extremely disappointed!!! Provided urine sample March 11. This is one of multiple tests i must pass/ complete to be approved for surgery. Never recieved a response to the lab work (usually posted to MYBHC website). Have left 3 phone messages and an email requesting management help. Have not recieved any response what-so-ever. For decades they were super thorough and on top of their game. Now an absolute disappointment!

Avoid if at all possible. I went here twice in a six month span. First visit, the blood draw location on my arm had bruising the size of a quarter. Then my most recent visit, the same nurse punched a blood vessel in my arm where blood was drawn when taking my sample. Within 10 minutes after the blood draw my forearm ballooned to the size of a golf ball. After 24 hours the swelling went down but my entire forearm was black, purple and green. This location is clearly not trained properly. Again, avoid this location at all costs.

Previous reviews had me a bit nervous, but I came in for a walk in appt and was in and out in 10 minutes. I found self check in easy, and Holly was friendly.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They tried to draw my blood on Friday, February 6, but without success and told me to come back on Saturday at 7:30 AM. I arrived as instructed, only to find that they were closed. I had confirmed with them that they would be open on Saturday. I understand that I’m not the easiest patient to draw blood from, but that doesn’t excuse such unprofessional behavior.

Made an 8:15 am appointment and was seen right on time. In and out in 5 minutes! Seemed to be a lot of walk-ins waiting at this time, so I would recommend scheduling an appointment!!
