I had a FedEx package that was delayed, it was a two-day, and I spoke to someone via telephone in customer service that said my package was at the Louisville, CO FedEx facility. I took a chance, went there, close to closing, and they both worked together as a team to find my package on site which ended up being on a truck at the ship center. True heroes as the package was my replacement wedding dress. They were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate them and their top notch customer service.”
