“As a local business owner myself I so appreciate excellent customer service and I received just that from Yvonne and Instant Imprints in Louisville! We were pushed up against a very hard deadline and were failed by an online company. I called Yvonne mid-morning and she miraculously helped produce our needed product by end of business day. I know where we will be going for all our promotional needs in the future! Thank you!”

“This location goes above and beyond to help! Friendly, VERY Helpful, and efficient. This location should be FedEx's example of perfection. I got there last night at 6:28pm, and the lady made sure my item was packed and in the 6:30pm pick up. Without the judgement so many employees get when someone walks it at closing. Thank You!”
