“Employee that rented me the Uhaul went above and beyond. The Uhaul transit van had snow on it and the employee came out and cleared it off for me. Not only the windshield but the roof as well. I asked for a snow brush for me to do it and the employee did it for me. World definitely recommend this location.”
“The owner was so polite and helpful for our uhaul reservation. I would say don’t get too concerned with other reviews. It is on a farm but the owner is very courteous and helpful and had the whole uhaul setup ready for us when we arrived at 8 AM. If you’re dropping off here it is self serve but there’s a large sign and you pull in the first left when you pull into his property. Very easy!”

“Nice folks, this is a franchise essentially not a uhaul facility so they don't know 100% the ins and outs of the contracts but we rented a van for maybe an hour and returned with no trouble. The billing is a bit odd though in how it's calculated.”

“I should have written this a long time ago, as now I can't remember everyones names..but I will say they helped save my weekend! I had rented a teardrop trailer that had a different utility hook up than what my car had..and after running to 2 different auto parts stores in search of an adapter, I landed at this U-Haul location.. The young man that helped me was wonderful!! He did not have the adapter I needed, but he was able to figure out how to work with what he had..and rewired quickly so I had lights and blinkers for the tow!! I can't thank them enough! So helpful and really went above and beyond! Excellent customer care!”
“First of all, I’m in shock to read some of the reviews here. The gentleman at this place was super helpful, nice, patient and gave me excellent directions on how to go about the renting of the UHaul. I went there alone and as a woman already the rental of a truck is intimidating. I wish I remembered his name because he truly made it easy for me. I even needed a place to change so I wouldn’t move in my work clothes and he allowed me to use their facility restroom. Not once was he rude or disrespectful. Let it be clear, that I had done all my part using the app and had my reservation ready. It looks like some people don’t do this part and expect the owner of the place to hold their hand. Don’t do that and he will be able to guide you once you get there. The whole process was super easy and my car was left in a very safe place which I loved. There is a gas station close by to fill up the tank as he asked, near by. When I came back late late at night time to return the truck, there were lights and again, felt pretty safe. That place is really clean, safe and more than I expected. I will definitely go back there if needed. He even has a super cute swing out side his office. ?”
“I needed a cargo van, walked in with no booking and got one with the minimum of effort and not much wait. Since it's at a gas station with reasonable prices, refueling before return is particularly easy.”
“I went in without a reservation. They had a trailer that fit my needs, i think i was there less than 15 minutes from parking to driving off with the trailer.
Returning the trailer took only a few minutes.
I got what i wanted and got it quickly. I recommend this location if you need a UHaul.”
“Jay was working alone and was able to handle multiple upset clients with ease. He is the definition of talent, skills, understanding and customer service. Jay is outstanding. I can only hope his managers see his value as we did. He definitely needs a raise if he continues to work with that level of skill alone on Saturdays.”
“The car that we received from the airport location had a leaky front tire and a crack in the windshield. We brought it to this location and Asem took care of care of us. He swapped out the vehicle and got us back on the road. Before we left, Jay insisted on de-icing the windshield and making sure we had everything swapped over from the first vehicle.Fantastic service and kindness from the people at this location.”

“This has got to be the best customer service I have received in a long time. Dom, the manager, was so professional and knowledgeable about my uhaul rental. He made the accommodations that I needed in a timely manner and went above and beyond. After being on hold with uhaul customer service for over an hour and being transferred 5+ times, only to get hung up on, Dom resolved my issue in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place for uhaul rentals but I’m sure utilizing them for your storage needs would be just as great of an experience. 5 stars! I’d give them more if I could.”
