“The owner was so polite and helpful for our uhaul reservation. I would say don’t get too concerned with other reviews. It is on a farm but the owner is very courteous and helpful and had the whole uhaul setup ready for us when we arrived at 8 AM. If you’re dropping off here it is self serve but there’s a large sign and you pull in the first left when you pull into his property. Very easy!”
“Matt is absolutely superb at his mastery of customer service, and was a complete life savor during one of the worst Mondays I've ever had in my career. Following a 7am dentist appointment I walked into a moving job much larger than expected. Matt was there with a genuine sense of concern and compassion as well as local recommendations for places to pick up equipment I had failed to bring.
While I couldn't escape the situation I was in the support I recieved from Matt helped maintain my sanity.”

“The two guys that were working the desk were super helpful. One help me complete the reservation and the other helped hook up the trailer car hauler. I didn’t get their names, but the one that works outside was amazing. Hauling a car and getting the car were customer experiences. The guys took great care of us beginning to end. “So happy with Brekke! My first delivery was planned in advance, but they were even able to add a second storage container to my driveway with very short notice. Containers are clean inside and freshly painted outside. Arela (in the office) and John (our container delivery guy) and Ryan (manager) were all a pleasure to deal with. All were very accommodating and Brekke prices were better than PODS! Will use them again in a heartbeat. Locally owned and professional - doesn't get much better than that.”

I used to use a different location but the owner tried to charge me for a dolly I never rented so I switched from that old location to this one and they are always friendly and honest at this new location that I will use every time I need to rent a Uhaul.”

“The people at this location were friendly and helpful. I rented a cargo van through the "U-Haul Truck Share 24/7" the same day for a quick move to a college apartment. The van was clean with a full tank of gas, and I was able to easily extend my rental time online when we needed an extra hour or so. Pros for the van: It had plenty of room for a twin bed/mattress/lots of boxes/bags/bookshelves, boards to tie stuff to the sides of the van. You can see out through the back window if the van isn't full. It was nice having access to the back of the van through side doors in addition to the rear doors. The only con: The seat seemed quite high compared to the steering wheel so it was a little hard on my back. Not really an issue if you are just moving across town. The hour drives I made were a bit rough, so I would avoid longer drives with it. Overall, great experience and just what we needed. Thanks!!”

“Sherry and Rod provided an amazing experience renting a Uhaul for our move to Arizona. We were sent up here from Denver because it was the only place with a 26’ truck, which we were unhappy about until we got on the phone with Sherry to confirm the reservation.
From that point on, we were taken care of in an above-and-beyond fashion. Both Sherry and Rod were around for our Sunday pickup and are awesome, down to earth humans in the best way.
I assume they run the storage facility onsite too. If we didn’t move out of state, I would happily give them my business whenever needed.”

“We rented a moving truck and had a great experience. The previous customer had left the gas tank on fumes right before our pickup so we were given a gas credit to offset having to add a little to get through our move. Eddie couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our process. He really made the experience easy for us and took care of us. I will absolutely come back to this location for any future U-Haul needs and if I ever need a storage unit. Thank you for being one of the bright spots of our day.”

“Erin at Clover Basin Storage was a pleasure to work with. U-Haul systems were operating very slowly which caused check in to take much longer than expected. It didn't bother me, but the care/concern she showed out of respect for my time was huge. The rental was seemless and the service was professional. “First of all, I’m in shock to read some of the reviews here. The gentleman at this place was super helpful, nice, patient and gave me excellent directions on how to go about the renting of the UHaul. I went there alone and as a woman already the rental of a truck is intimidating. I wish I remembered his name because he truly made it easy for me. I even needed a place to change so I wouldn’t move in my work clothes and he allowed me to use their facility restroom. Not once was he rude or disrespectful. Let it be clear, that I had done all my part using the app and had my reservation ready. It looks like some people don’t do this part and expect the owner of the place to hold their hand. Don’t do that and he will be able to guide you once you get there. The whole process was super easy and my car was left in a very safe place which I loved. There is a gas station close by to fill up the tank as he asked, near by. When I came back late late at night time to return the truck, there were lights and again, felt pretty safe. That place is really clean, safe and more than I expected. I will definitely go back there if needed. He even has a super cute swing out side his office. ?”

“I recommend this U-Haul location.They efficiently arranged a last minute rental for me. They quickly helped get me all set up and on my way with the truck. The store was also impressively set up and organized with all the boxes and supplies for sale! Who knew you could make stacks of boxes and moving supplies look almost decorative? It showed pride in their business. If I need to rent a truck again, I'll be using their service at the CR1 location in Erie.”
