“In the afternoon, my mother was at a Walgreen's in Loveland and when she came out her car would not start. I was in Estes Park. I looked up a repair shop for Subaru and found Pillar Automotive. The owner immediately ordered a tow truck to pick up her car to diagnose what was wrong. It was a dead battery. Pillar Automotive replaced the battery and we picked up the next morning. They were great!!”

He greeted up the moment we walked in, asked us what we were looking for, and got right to showing us all the different van layouts and specs that would work for us! Today I brought my jeep wrangler in and the work that needed done was going to be extensive (2009 wrangler) they shoot you straight and he said for that engine rebuild they could do it but he referred me to another shop that specializes in rebuilds. I trust them and that worth everything to me. Highly recommend.”

However, they said that they would top off my DEF reservoir, along other items; but when I checked, it was down 6-7 cups. So, unfortunately, it makes me wonder if there were other items on the list (that I can't check) that weren't done.”

My car looked better than new by the time he was done with it, and it was even cleaned inside and out(!) Everything was delivered on time and when he came across some additional damage that needed to be addressed Todd was very up front about everything that it entailed and got us a good deal on the replacement part. 10/10 experience!”

I got her back today and she's beautiful! Ozzie's did a wonderful job of getting all the parts promptly, making the repairs and installing the new parts, and painted her like she just came off the assembly line. AND the actual expense was below Paul's initial estimate. I'll be bringing in my truck immediately for the same TLC care.”
