“I had a dent in the bed rail of my pickup bed. Had a guy come out to fix it with PDR which actually caused more damage to include paint damage. I went to Dent and Ding Surgeon and visited with Rick and Seth and they got my pickup right in and got to work on getting it corrected. They were both absolutely amazing and took time out of their daily schedule to help me out. Can't say enough positive things about their kindness and excellent work. Be careful on who you trust to do your PDR repairs. I will always be going back to Dent and Ding Surgeon.”

“I went to Kar Kare after reading the great reviews. I brought in my 1999 Toyota 4-Runner that had a big, rusty dent in the front left fender which I thought would need to be replaced. Not only did Kar Kare fix & paint the fender, but painted the left fender, which had all chipped away, & painted the 2 chipped strips below the headlights. “I will hands down be recommending all my clients, family & friends to take their vehicles to Iron Mountain Collision! This is the first auto body shop I can say I truly trust. Previous to Iron Mountain, I took my 2014 Jeep to State Farm's DRP(direct repair shop) in 2021 for repairs, as I was scared into it by potential charges not being covered by their insurance. Well, fast forward and I was hit again by another State Farm insurance carrier in 2023. This time I took it to Iron Mountain. I explained the terrible process I had gone through with the previous shop and how the vehicle never felt right since. It had over $18,400 completed in repairs with still three open repairs remaining back from 2021. With that, Iron Mountain not only remained in contact with State Farm for the 2023 repairs needed, but they wrote up an entire repair inspection report on my Jeep for the repairs the other shop did. I was mortified when Iron Mountain provided me a walk around and pointed out every single safety concern and repair issues from the prior shop. My seat was not even secured properly, I had buckles in the cab bars, and severe rust due to poor quality repairs. Kevin (owner) and Brian (Chief Operating Officer) worked extremely hard going to bat against the insurance company for me. They made it a point to get the prior shops GM of collision out on sight to view in person the atrocious craftsmanship errors they were putting people and their families in! Iron Mountain filmed the other shops GM on camera agreeing and stating how horrible of a job their shop completed and that they need to make right by me...which that other shop attempted to buy their way out for $5000 less than what the insurance company ended up paying me out for. So once again, Iron Mountain reached out, and contacted people with State Farm and guided me during this entire process. A State Farm estimator came out and deemed the Jeep an Operational Loss, meaning it was a total due to the severe craftsmanship issues done by the other shop. Iron Mountain truly cares about the quality of work and craftsmanship completed on a person vehicle. If they cannot make it safe, they will fight for the insurance company to do right by the claimant. If they can repair it, they do so at the highest standard. Their shop bays are the cleanest I have ever seen for an auto body shop. You can tell the owner, Kevin cares about each client. He is hands on and is personally speaking with each client. Their COO Brian, is well versed in all things automotive and is extremely educated. Brian continuously remained in contact with me during the process, as well as Kevin! I received weekly check-ins via email so I always had a form of documentation. Iron Mountain is very thorough and detailed from start to finish. They rebuilt my trust with the automotive industry with the high standard they set. I am happy to say my family is finally back in a safe vehicle all thanks to Iron Mountains due diligence and willingness to right by their customers! Finally a shop that works for the claimant not the insurance company!”
