“In the afternoon, my mother was at a Walgreen's in Loveland and when she came out her car would not start. I was in Estes Park. I looked up a repair shop for Subaru and found Pillar Automotive.
The owner immediately ordered a tow truck to pick up her car to diagnose what was wrong. It was a dead battery. Pillar Automotive replaced the battery and we picked up the next morning.

We were traveling through Colorado on our Western RV adventure when our Mini Cooper Countryman developed an issue that needed to be checked out. Being hundreds of miles from home and in the middle of a long RV trip made finding someone we could trust especially important.
Glen was fantastic. Even though they were extremely busy, he understood our situation and worked us into their schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of what was needed, and had our Mini back to us in record time. Thanks to their effort, we were able to continue our trip without changing our plans.

“I bought my 1989 Jeep Cherokee new, I have been able to keep it in the garage so it's in great shape. Even though I'm old and feeble now, it's still a blast to drive a 5 speed stick, it's the only excercise I get. I was bummed when it didn't pass emissions. The good folks at the emissions center give you 10 days to fix your vehicle and have it tested again for free, otherwise you have to pay the $25 testing fee again. Being on a fixed income, I didn't want to pay the darn fee again. I quit working on my vehicles several years ago when I would cause more problems than I could fix, so I called my mechanic but he said he was slammed and wouldn't be able to get me in until the middle of July. I tried my backup mechanic but he couldn't get me in until after the 10 day grace period. I checked the emissions center website and they said Collins Automotive & Metalworks has repaired vehicles for emissions failure, so I called them and Loy said they were busier than a one-armed monkey with two bananas, but they were able to squeeze me in, in a couple days. They quickly found and replaced a failed oxygen sensor and I was able to retest in the alotted time period. My old Jeep passed with flying colors. THANK YOU COLLINS AUTOMOTIVE & METALWORKS, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!”

“I took my car in for an inspection and estimate and they gave me a detailed printout of everything that needed attention, as well as explaining everything to me. There was no pressure and I felt the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I brought my car in about a month later for the repairs and they took great care of my car! They even adjusted the bill for some small things it ended up not needing. I feel well looked after and my car feels so much better to drive. Very happy with the service and will be returning to Luke’s for all of my cars needs!”

“The people here are extremely kind and compassionate, the cooling fan in our car burnt out and he let us stay in a comfortable office while we waited, and he was very efficient too, it took a lot less time than we thought it would. That was my daughter's review. This guy saw us stranded , overheating at a gas station on vacation 500 miles from home. He looked at it and immediately found the problem and offered to hook up to his code reader for free to see if it was a part, a circuit, a relay, or what. We were a few blocks from his shop. He had a well equipped shop and quickly had a diagnosis. There were parts required so he gave me a quote which was very reasonable. He stayed after closing and had the fan replaced while we waited. We were back on the road and able to continue our vacation on schedule thanks to these guys.”

“I can't recommend Poff's enough! Todd is lovely to work with and very thorough. He also quoted me less than half what another shop was going to charge me for the same job!
My car looked better than new by the time he was done with it, and it was even cleaned inside and out(!) Everything was delivered on time and when he came across some additional damage that needed to be addressed Todd was very up front about everything that it entailed and got us a good deal on the replacement part.
