“I took my car in for an inspection and estimate and they gave me a detailed printout of everything that needed attention, as well as explaining everything to me. There was no pressure and I felt the cost of repairs was very reasonable. I brought my car in about a month later for the repairs and they took great care of my car! They even adjusted the bill for some small things it ended up not needing. I feel well looked after and my car feels so much better to drive. Very happy with the service and will be returning to Luke’s for all of my cars needs!”

“By far the best dealership I’ve visited! Charlie is a rockstar sales rep.
I’ve been car shopping since I have a lease ending soon. A couple of other dealerships were very dismissive and some reps were even rude. BMW wasn’t on my radar until an ad popped up on IG. I decided to stop by there, just so I could check it off. From the moment I stepped in Charlie was very kind and accommodating, asked the right questions, and showed me the perfect vehicle that met all my needs. Then came the negotiation. I am probably a challenging customer admittedly because price is key, but he and his manager got me a deal that worked, and I left with a new 228 Gran Coupe. Michael in finance was also great. He didn’t try to upsell me like other dealerships do and he was so personable.
I felt very respected and they worked with me to make this happen. I highly recommend this BMW dealership. Even if you don’t think you can get into a BMW, stop by and chat with them. They’re amazing!”

We were traveling through Colorado on our Western RV adventure when our Mini Cooper Countryman developed an issue that needed to be checked out. Being hundreds of miles from home and in the middle of a long RV trip made finding someone we could trust especially important.
Glen was fantastic. Even though they were extremely busy, he understood our situation and worked us into their schedule. They quickly diagnosed the problem, took care of what was needed, and had our Mini back to us in record time. Thanks to their effort, we were able to continue our trip without changing our plans.

“I highly recommend working with Josh and am excited to see him working with Pat. For my 2010 GTI, Josh put in a new clutch, flywheel, rear main seal, and all associated hardware and fluids in short order and using parts I sourced on my own.
Josh quoted me an intensely fair labor rate, got the job done quickly, and even met me over the weekend for me to pick up the car and talk his ear off for nearly an hour. He does seriously good work and demonstrated a lot of care for me and my car in our communication and in his work. I can't recommend him enough, and I'll definitely be back.

“We have been going to Collins for well over a decade and they are the only mechanic we trust. Back in the day we actually lived down the street and just came upon them because we needed somewhere nearby to help us with our car that wouldn't start. They earned lifetime customers that day by being friendly, transparent, and fairly priced.
The employees at Collins always explain issues in plain english and with no-pressure. If you ask, they'll help you weigh the pros and cons and give you their best assessment of possible risks. Obviously there are no guarantees, but since I am not an expert, it is incredibly valuable to have the people at Collins who will help me make an educated decision.
Shout out to Ben! He relayed my many very specific questions back and forth to the mechanic on my last repair until I felt comfortable with my decision.
Finding a good mechanic can be a daunting task. We were lucky to stumble upon Collins all those years ago and they have kept up their level of service through changes in employees and leadership.
