Autowash @ Thompson Valley Car Wash

Car Wash
Hours: Autowash @ Thompson Valley is a popular car wash location that offers touchless cleaning using acid-free soaps and spot-free rinses to keep vehicles sparkling without scratches. The business features modern equipment, including touchscreen and tap-to-pay machines, making the washing process convenient for customers. Many users appreciate the loyalty program, monthly passes, and the availability of self-serve options, especially for those with larger vehicles like RVs. However, some reviews mention issues with the payment systems, noting that credit card machines are often glitchy or temporarily out of service, forcing customers to use cash or the app. The app provides $25 in credit upon registration, but customers express frustration that they cannot add more time with cash and do not receive refunds for unused time, which can make the service seem overpriced. The vacuums, which now require app payment, are generally well-liked, but some users feel they need more time per cycle. While the manual wash is effective and affordable, some customers have experienced equipment failures, such as non-dispensing foam or wash machines that do not work, leading to dissatisfaction. Despite these issues, many customers enjoy the location’s convenience, the quality of the equipment, and the added fragrance options. Overall, Autowash @ Thompson Valley provides a thorough, touchless car wash experience, though technical glitches and payment limitations can affect customer satisfaction.
