“We visited this gas station last Sunday 8/2/26 very early morning around 6am. Coming back home after a week long vacation in Estes Park Colorado. I tell my wife later - I was speechless how the person working there was nice, kind and peaceful. I regret I didn't ask for his name and giving him now more personal compliments.

“This is regarding the R&S Food & Gas independently owned Shell Station at 814 14th Street SW in Loveland.
If there was a 50-star, rather than five-star option, this is the one business I would rate that highly. I came across my neighborhood gas station (as one does) while moving. The last thing you also want while moving - all worn and dirty, and you want to be done - is to have to get gas. As it turned out, what a blessing.
The folk that own and run this gas station are the kindest group of people you could ever want to come across. That first time in was a year and a half ago. I moved again last month to a place I’m thrilled with but found myself in my old neighborhood today. I didn’t need gas this time. I got some anyway and had to spend the time to write and share a review. From the first time I came in with an under-inflated tire (the air is free here and it has full pressure - they’ll even lend you their gauge) to the couple of times this last winter when the owner kicked in that last little bit to pay for my gas, to the countless times I witnessed similar gestures for other customers this business should win an award for the best in Colorado, the best in the Country! Absolutely the best in class!! In this day and age, it feels so rare to receive really exceptional customer service or even decent people skills, let alone above and beyond kindness without even blinking. I think everyone should come fill-up here. I don’t know that the locals want everyone in on this secret spot but thank you thank you thank, not only to the owner but to all the kind souls who work here. It means so much.

“Very good location at an intersection with lots of cars and trucks. Friendly staff inside when I couldn't get my rental truck started and had to wait for a serviceman. D'oh moment on me big time when the serviceman jiggled the steering wheel and enabled the ignition. Anyway, thanks to the crew that let me hang around. Have a blessed day! Always, Andy”

“For being on the edge of town, this gas station had nice pumps. I liked that they had a fire extinguisher right at the pump, though I didn't need to use it! We did not go into the convenience store so my rating is for pumps only.”
“This Phillips 66 is actually a 711 which always has a working bathroom, clean store, and deacent cashiers. Only complaint Don't pay for tire pump here it's slow expensive and shell across the street has free air.”

The store is always clean, I love the staff, and they’re always putting out some interesting new treats to try (the Italian Rainbow Cake is a favorite). Also the manager makes handmade jewelry and sells it from the store and it’s very fun.”

“I stopped in to do my grocery shopping on Saturday 9/30 in the evening around 6pm and went through the self checkout as usual. I couldn't help but notice an employee that was running around the entire front end. She was helping and attending to everyone so quickly with so much kindness. I couldn't keep track of how many patrons she helped just in the time I was checking out myself. As I was finishing up and paying she asked a woman for her ID so she could check her out for wine (I'm sure her job by law). The woman was visibly older and began yelling at the employee and being outwardly rude and disrespectful to the employee who had her hands tied on the situation. The employee did an INCREDIBLE job handling the situation with grace and kindness, she handled herself perfectly and was the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time. I glanced at her name tag as I left because she deserves praise. Someone give Megan from King Soopers on Eagle Dr a RAISE”
“I absolutely love their app and point system now I have not had to pay for a drink, nor snack in like 3 months it's awesome LOL definitely give the app a try especially if you have hunger pains, or a snack craving that hits once in awhile you will not be let down”
“I work for loaf n jug. We had some think badly of us. If people would come in and not have a bad attitude to us and say bad words to us for doing our job. And as for the bathroom others need to learn how to not pee and pop of things and put there trash in the can that there.”
“First time in this morning since they built the new building and I was very pleasantly surprised. The circle k across the street is super cramped and uncomfortable to be in, it was designed for corralling potential purchasers, but this Big D's seems like it was designed for people by people who like people. I felt Southern to me. Thank you.”

“Stopped in here for a drink and it's a rather large station. An island on each side of the store so 8 pumps in total.Inside a fully stocked convience store. Coffee station, beer, pastry and the usual snacks.Two staff were in the store and I checked out easily. Also has ice, firewood outside and a car wash is right next door as well on same property.”

Because of Shane's customer support, this Circle K location at 1st and Taft in Loveland, CO is where I now stop for anything quick needed. Highly recommended!”

“Clean and welcoming new filling station on this corner. Small convenience store. Has some new food options on this side of town including Papa John's Pizza. That's the good. The bad includes that it's a small property and very hard to exit onto the north-south street, highway 287 during normal high traffic volume and speed. Price is typical for the south side of town but notably higher than a few miles away.”

“Relatively quick and decent. I like the option of touchless. Takes credit card or you can go in the store and get a code. Driving in was a no brainer as there is a nice tire catch. My side sensors beeped like crazy with the closeness of everything but there was plenty of space. I'll be back when I am in the area.”
