“I had started my account with them about the time covid started. But had forgotten about it and had done nothing with it at all. And true to their commercials they never once tried to shut me down or scream for some kind of payment. When I realized that I had neglected that account so badly I went in to straighten out my assumed mess. They were all very friendly and helped me through everything and now I have 2 accounts in good standing and have discovered that there are still a couple of places that stick to their word and do what's right. If I was looking for a place to roost bank wise ENT would be my choice like they say act like you own the place.”
“We have been using this bank for several years now and they have always treated us right so I wanted to take the time to write them a review, and in particular, our personal banker Mitsuki (Mitske) Ha at the Loveland, CO branch at 1450 Boyd Lake Ave. Mitskie has never let us down--she has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for us. recently I was struggling trying to do something online, and for 4+ times without success. I (finally) made 1 call to Mitskie and she fixed the problem--why I didn't call her before I don't know but I won't make that mistake again. We have a large bank where we have other accounts but everything is online. We set up at FNBO for a local bank with local customer service for those times you need such. I have been VERY pleased. I highly recommend FNBO and in particular Mitskie Ha as a personal banker--she truly is awesome in a world where customer service is a dwindling fact.”

“Great bank with AMAZING people! My father suffers from Alzheimer's but still takes great pride in the fact that he can go to the bank. Unfortunately his capacity does not allow him to know what he is doing most of the time but the staff at this bank helps him out greatly and even communicates to me when he is having difficulties. Can't express enough how much I appreciate these people.”
“I’ve banked with Elevations since 2018, and have always received wonderful service. I’m not thrilled with some of the policy changes, but this branch has phenomenal customer service. Kevin assisted with adding a joint owner to my account, and made the process as smooth as possible. When I returned to the branch about a month later for a card, he remembered me by name & asked about our holiday. You don’t find this personal level of customer service at many businesses nowadays. Mary was very polite, and had my new card ready in no time. Thank you guys for treating members as valued individuals!”

“Once again I have found the best business after excluding every other option.
From banks that forced me to get new checks every time their name was changed, again. To banks that sent a few dollars in coins off-site, in a bag to be counted and paying a fee for the privilege. To banks that seemed to be a spin-off of The Office with no interest at all in banking or helping with investments.
Well Keybank helps with investments. Even if it's just a better credit card or savings account. They quite frankly do everything better. Maybe I needed to see how lacking other banks are to understand how much better Keybank is, maybe other banks think Stockholm syndrome is SOP.
I wish I found this bank sooner.”

We are “old school” people and rather than shaming us, they helped explain use of apps, direct pay,etc in a very friendly manner. “Today's date is February 23rd, 2026. I can't describe how incredible this branch manager is. I'm terrible with names and I feel terrible about not remembering. He is currently the branch manager at PNC in Loveland. I had a flat tire when I was driving out of there and pulled over to change it. The branch manager came out, took off his jacket and jumped right in. Even went to his vehicle and got tools and his own Jack. He helped me take my tailgate off so I could get to the key lock that release the spare tire! He helped me all the way till the end and made sure I was on the road before putting his jacket back on and going in. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him. I'm 63 and not really skilled with vehicles. I'll never change banks! I don't think anyone would do that. I've been with PNC for 5 years now. I hope he reads this is I really want to tell him Thank you. I apologize for being so bad with names!”

“I've been banking with Canvas for 10 years. All of the branches are good as are the tellers who work there. I get fantastic service everywhere in their system. My favorite branch because it's quiet and peaceful is the newly remodeled branch in Old Town Fort Collins. But the Loveland branch has the same fantastic people working for you who always provide fast friendly service and are so courteous and helpful. It's in a great location smack in the middle of Loveland on North Lincoln just south of the giant Orchards shopping complex and across from the FedEx and food bank.”
