The desk staff was very informative and polite. Rooms need updated and the carpet definitely needs replacing. Smells like dog urine in the back rooms. Otherwise, it was comfortable and safe.

We go to Best Western in Loveland as it is fairly close to medical facilities we have to visit. The staff has always been gracious and kind even when we run into issues of the room. We have stayed at this Best Western multiple times over the last 5-6 years.

Have had to travel here 3 times, each time the rooms are clean and comfortable but there is never any soap in the shower. Last time I was there the heater didn't work and it was actually really

Pet rooms all the way in back with outside doors. Clean room. Watch out for ice back there. I slipped many times. That is my only issue.

We stayed for one night 12/16/2023 with two dogs. On the website it states that the pet fee is $25/night and the hotel charged me $25/per dog. When I called the hotel and asked about this and told them what was printed on the website I was told “Well there’s nothing I can do about that, I don’t own the website”.The first room they tried to put us in the door was open when we went to the room and the sink was filled with what looked to be dried vomit. I immediately called the front desk and someone came and met us with keys to a new room and said “Sorry the lock is messed up on that other room”. So knowing this, they were trying to rent out that room for the night?Beds were very, very firm. If you like sleeping on basically a piece of wood, these mattresses would be perfect for you. Staff were pleasant at check-in. Just an FYI that there is no elevator at this hotel. One of our dogs recently had to have a leg amputated and I asked that we be given a room on the first floor and she was very accommodating. We had reservations to stay again 12/18/23 and I cancelled those the first night we stayed. We were trying to save money as this was a quick trip for medical treatment for one of our dogs but I would rather spend more to feel safe and comfortable than have another sleepless night to try to save a few bucks.

Quiet, clean. Nice toiletries. The breakfasts was great with eggs, potatoes, sausage and green chile and an assortment of yogurt, cereals, breads. I asked the desk to bring up an extra blanket which they did promptly.

Con:Regarding room 209 the vent in the bathroom has a very loud blowing noise emaninating from the vent. I don't look forward to turning on the light in there since the light and vent are tied together.?Pro:Other than this issue, the room is comfortable and spacious.

Great value. One of the best Best Westerns we’ve stayed at. We were traveling cross country, staying just for the night. We were able to check in just a little early with no issues. The front desk gal was very kind. Our room was decent - the mini fridge had a freezer which is sometimes great to have. They actually have a restaurant and bar on site, unfortunately it was closed the day we were there. The fitness center treadmill was handy after sitting in the car for 10 hrs. Pretty courtyard with a patio to sit outside. The pool was drained so that was odd and something we didn’t get to utilize. Easy to get to and they had ample space for parking our truck and trailer.

Worst hotel and customer service I have ever experienced. Manager was extremely rude and rooms were disgusting. They smelled of smoke, had mold, and the trim was peeling away from the wall. We checked out 5 minutes after checking in, even after being denied a refund. It sound like a lot of people had the same experience. Sadly no one will do anything about it.Rooms: Disgusting and dirty.

Been staying at Best Western Plus hotels and they seem to never disappoint. This peticular one I HIGHLY recommend. Being right off the interstate and a wonderful restaurant inside the hotel this location is perfect. Very cozy atmosphere great staff and rooms very clean and modern. The grounds are very well kept up too. Outside pool area was very cozy as well. We will back to this one for sure!!!

Had this hotel reserved for room blocks for our wedding. The reason I booked them because they were one of the fastest at responding to me and the cheapest rate. Being a Best Western I thought they would have all the amenities that any Best Western has. My wife's grandma called to reserve a room in the block and specifically asked for a handicap accessible room. They told her that wouldn't be a problem. She also called again to request a roll away bed and they told her they would have one for her at check in. The voicemail for the hotel was always full and almost every time you call no one would answer the phone. When we checked in they told her that they did not have handicap accessible rooms because the hotel is to old, even though it states they have accessible rooms. The "accessible" room they gave her had really high beds, a high wall tub/shower combo with a couple pull bars and narrow doorways. Also at check in she asked for her roll away bed and they told her they don't do roll away beds, even though when she called and asked they told her it would be no problem. The restaurant only had a limited menu. The pool and fire pit was nice and had a great breakfast variety.

I wanted to share this in hopes someone who was considering this hotel would see it and not make the same mistake I made. I needed to stay one night in Loveland while I waited to pick up a camping trailer I bought. I was traveling with my cat. I called every hotel in Loveland and settled on the Best Western because I was told the price was $115 + $25 for my cat + tax. Well, I got home to a bill that was $203. Called once, was told they would send me an itemized receipt. I did not get that so I called the next day and was basically told it is what it is. The room I stayed in was disgusting. The smell made me dry heave. It was falling apart and there were cockroaches which my cat ate but still. One fell from the ceiling as I got into bed. The refrigerator made horrible noises all night long. The people above me sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. And the people next to me stayed up scream talking to each other until 3 a.m. This was my worst hotel experience and the price I paid for such a bad experience is ridiculous. Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially if you have a pet. For $200 I could have stayed at the La Quinta. I am so disappointed. Do not make the same mistake I made.
