The Best Western Plus Loveland Inn is a well-maintained hotel that provides a comfortable and welcoming experience for its guests. The rooms are consistently clean, warm, and well-equipped, with some guests noting the presence of a freezer in the fridge. The hotel's staff, particularly the manager Dawn and the friendly and accommodating Peter, have been praised for their excellent customer service and ability to address any issues that may arise. The hotel's amenities, including the outdoor pool and on-site restaurant, have been well-received by guests. The breakfast is described as "good," and the restaurant is said to offer "very good food" and a "friendly atmosphere." The bartender, Kyler, is also noted for being friendly, efficient, and providing a great overall experience. While the hotel is described as an "older" property, the majority of guests have found it to be a comfortable and safe place to stay, with one guest noting that they would stay there again even if it was a little out of their way. The hotel's location near a Buc-EE's and various restaurants and shopping options has also been appreciated by guests. The only negative feedback received was regarding a pet-friendly room, which was described as having a "stale smelling" and "ragged" condition. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, as the overall consensus is that the Best Western Plus Loveland Inn is a well-maintained and enjoyable hotel.
Caitlyn was incredibly helpful. She went over the top for my wife and I. We were having a rough day on our anniversary and she was able to make it much better! She was professional, knowledgeable and genuine. Thanks for a great stay!

I’m just DJing an event here so this is just a review for the absolutely EPIC staff. Front desk made sure I knew exactly where to go and the sound set up is SUPER easy here. Maintenance made sure all the lights ran and absolutely took care of me. Excellent service, I hope to DJ more events here in the future!

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and there are great pillows. The grounds are lovely, the pool is long enough to actually swim in, and the breakfast 🍳 was really good. What a great value!
