“Steve has been nothing but exceptional to deal with, we had some confusion at the beginning of the project but Steve was a man of his word and honored what he said. After taking my truck to a shop to do some custom work and it not matching the paint, color and quality I was looking for, I was referred to Kar Kare. The attention to detail is phenomenal, Steve and his painter were able to distinguish color variations in the paint that I couldn't see. Together they will be getting my truck in show ready conditions to prepare it for it's next stage in the build. Attached is a photo of the before, where you can clearly see the color difference.”

Got quotes from other body shops around town one of those shops even charged me $40 just for an estimate. JD’s had the best quote in town plus it was free, staff was very knowledgeable friendly and professional. Took the car in on a Monday and they had it done ready to go by that Friday. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else for body and paint work.”

“Car had unpleasant experience when collided with a road sign. The roof and front end was jacked after the sign falling on it. Parts were on back order but when all said n done it looked good.
Recently I was concerned about water leaking and the crew there went above n beyond checking for any problems. Everything was explained... how they checked what the results were. Just a very solid crew that went above n beyond. Very respectful and kind. Plus they cleaned my very messy car! I would recommend them if anyone needs collision repair done.”

“Updated Review – Caliber Collision (Highway 287)
After a serious argument with Crystine regarding unresolved issues on my vehicle, the manager stepped in to speak with us. At the beginning, she defended her employee, which I understand is her role as a manager. However, once I showed her the parts that had not been properly fixed and my previous review, her attitude changed and she treated me more professionally.
Later, the manager contacted me asking if I could remove my review, explaining that it affected her paycheck. Regardless, I believe reviews should reflect honest customer experiences.
I would like to highlight that Raul truly made the difference. He immediately stepped in to help us and showed exactly what a great employee this company has. Raul treated us with respect, professionalism, and genuine care. He did an excellent job fixing everything that needed attention on my car, and thanks to him, we finally had a great experience.
Kudos to Raul for his outstanding customer service and dedication. He represents the company in the best possible way.
I filed a claim through my insurance company and was referred to the Caliber location on Highway 287. My experience started off well with Raul, who was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, everything changed once a woman named Crystine took over. Her service was extremely unprofessional and rude.
We asked her for an estimate to repair several marks on the car. She wrote everything down, gave us the estimate, and we agreed to it. However, when we picked up the car a month and a week later, the repairs we had discussed were not completed. When we pointed this out, she became defensive and claimed we “never mentioned” those dents, which is completely untrue.
I requested a new estimate for the dents that should have been included originally, and it was much more expensive than the initial repair. We also had to return because several parts they removed ended up damaged. Once again, Crystine treated us poorly, speaking to us as if the issues were our fault instead of theirs. She insisted she had explained everything before, which is absolutely false — she never mentioned any of this.
I do not recommend this location, and if you must go, I strongly advise not working with this particular employee. As a Hispanic customer, I felt disrespected and singled out. Her behavior came across as discriminatory and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was very negative — even the front desk staff was rude from the moment we walked in.”

“I’ve had to bring a car to Gerber three times over the last five years due to an accident not of my own fault. Dealing with someone else’s insurance, the chaos around dropping off and picking up a car, and the general inconvenience of an accident is brutal.
Gerber helps rip the bandaid off with the least amount of pain. They work directly with the insurance company, arrange rental cars with rides to and from the rental facility, and give daily updates on the repair status.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. You get that small business feel that does business with honesty and integrity. I’ve always felt they do business with full transparency. They don’t tell you what you want to hear. They tell you what you need to hear, even if it’s not ideal.
I have NEVER had any issues with repairs this shop does. I’ve had full hatchbacks replaced, fresh paint, and aftermarket modifications removed/re-installed with absolutely zero issues. No flaky paint. No improper installs. No false advertisement. And you’ll get your car back vacuumed and bathed.
I will always recommend Gerber!”
“I've used safelite twice now for chip repair and both experiences have been excellent! I would highly recommend them for chip repair at a minimum. Their services are fast, friendly and easy to navigate. The quality of the repair is excellent as well. I had a chip sealed back in 2023 and it has not cracked further. I don't doubt the new chip repair will hold up just as well.”

“I had a dent in the bed rail of my pickup bed. Had a guy come out to fix it with PDR which actually caused more damage to include paint damage. I went to Dent and Ding Surgeon and visited with Rick and Seth and they got my pickup right in and got to work on getting it corrected. They were both absolutely amazing and took time out of their daily schedule to help me out. Can't say enough positive things about their kindness and excellent work. Be careful on who you trust to do your PDR repairs. I will always be going back to Dent and Ding Surgeon.”
