“The team at CPR are amazing and patient. I watched them take care of two customers who clearly lacked experience/knowledge of phone programming, etc with extreme patience and respect. They never talked down to them and were absolutely kind the entire time. Even aftwr one came back multiple time for additional clarification. They then took care of my repair swiftly and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most out of my service plan without being pushy. Would definitely recommend them and will absolutely use them again.”

“Josh provided an excellent service experience from start to finish. He communicated proactively, giving updates both days in advance and again on the day of the delivery and service call, which made scheduling easy and stress-free. He was prompt, professional, and clearly explained everything he was doing throughout the visit. His work was completed quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. After the service, Josh took the time to thoroughly review the invoice with me, walked me through where to sign, and answered all of my questions about payment. Overall, Josh delivered outstanding customer service—knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient. We highly recommend this company for anyone in the Denver area and even outside of Denver. I would absolutely recommend Josh and the team.”

“Great store, and staff. Have purchased new batteries, flashlights, replacement key fob for Silverado, and had iPhone battery replaced. Also recommend the Ft Collins store.”
