Amazing place to store things for an amazing price, the customer service was amazing as well very helpful and understanding and willing to do what ever to get me in a spot, Naya is the one who helped me.

Naya was super helpful, she even assisted me in getting a bigger space in person when I bought another space on their website that I wasn’t too excited about. But Naya made sure to go the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted and I appreciate that! They were also super friendly and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or stupid for not knowing how these storage units work because it was my first time using one. Thank you Naya for helping me out in such a stressful time in my life :)

I like the layout of the units. Larry was very helpful and professional. The one thing I don't like is how the pricing says you get a free month but it really isn't free, you pay more than one month to get a free one. I've heard the prices can get higher after a couple of months too.

Please read all of the reviews for people who need storage for more than three months. I wish I had, because this scam is obviously been going on for a while proving this company is not interested in good business practices. Though you will see several different excuses about market rate yadda yadda yadda in the beginning, now they just say they are sorry you don’t like it, you can call this number. This is a clear bait and switch program I, and clearly many others, rented a unit I will need for longer than three months. I paid for 4 upfront as they required it to secure a decent price. I was told the rent would be the same for the last two months (which now will be more like 4) I would need it. Month 4 I get a postcard that the rent will double making it the most absolute most expensive storage in town (by a lot). I think they believe it will be too much trouble to move your stuff again so they can stick you there. I will be moving out of there and cautioning everyone to avoid them. Sketchy business practices especially since my unit is actually renting for less than I paid originally, according to their online rental system, and they clearly aren’t full. Do not rent here, just don’t. Why would you support greed as well as screwing yourself out of your hard earned money. Every single place in Loveland and Fort Collins is less expensive in the long run. •••• In response to the extra space storage response. Very pc, but it is not an occasional raise to keep up with market trends. You are still advertising the same unit for the same price. Based on all of the other reviews this is your common practice, probably assuming no one wants to move their stuff so doubling the price will net you mass profit. It disingenuous and sleepy

New review: After being here a few weeks, I’ve noticed that while the building is advertised as climate controlled, it often feels quite hot inside—closer to 80 degrees. This is my third climate-controlled storage unit, and it’s definitely the warmest I’ve used. That being said, the units themselves are very clean and the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I just wish the temperature control matched expectations a bit better.

My husband and I went to extra space storage looking for a unit before we leave on deployment. Jenaya was so helpful. She helped us find the perfect size unit for the stuff we aren’t taking with us as well as helping us compare rates! I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage and Jenaya to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, clean space to store their stuff!
