The facility offers a large selection of storage units, including drive-up access, climate controlled units, and non-climate controlled units. Features include exceptional security, electronic gate access, a manager living on site, a covered loading bay, wide drive aisles, and convenient freeway access. The staff is consistently described as helpful, understanding, professional, and knowledgeable. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers get the right space, providing exceptional customer service. The location is great and the facility is clean. Some customers note the layout of the units is liked. A point of criticism is that promotional pricing for a free month can be misleading, as the payment structure requires more than one month to get it, and some have heard prices can increase after a few months. Overall, it is a place for a great and hassle-free storage experience.
