The facility is clean, well-lit, and updated, offering drive-up units. Renting a space is easy to reserve and rent, with convenient monthly leasing and no deposits required. The manager is described as a kind soul, awesome, kind, understanding, and willing to work with you. He is extremely helpful and willing to find a solution, going above and beyond with kindness and compassion. While the electronic access platform was initially a little problematic, it is working now, and the app makes access easy once figured out. It is not a new state-of-the-art facility, but it is totally worth it, with great prices and excellent service.
Easy to rent a unit online and Preston at the office was very friendly and helpful! Facility is easy to navigate and the app makes it simple to get in and out of.
