“Great facility and super nice staff. Just rented a unit, David was friendly and helpful on the phone when I called with questions, and went into the office today and (Keanon?) got me all set up. Month to Month, no long contract, very fair prices, very fair rules. A Move-in truck is available once with a refundable deposit for the day, just pay $15 Insurance and refill the gas. Lots of buildings, lots of extra space to turn around a truck, nice gate with a personal code, and staff on site. Not 24 hr access, you have to be out by 9pm or the gate locks you in.”
“Working with them reduced the amount of stress from an out-of-state move and actually made the process fun. I could not recommend them more. Of course you have to be realistic, things might get damaged, but we didn't have a single item damaged in any way.”

“This is not the typical place.I would leave a review, however, I have use these units for over 10 years, and have spoke with many people about their encounters here. It has never been the best place to deal with because of the manager! Now she has gone and it is under NEW MANAGEMENT! This place deserves five stars because the new manager is absolutely exceptional. She is very polite, courteous, and overall the complete opposite of what used to go on here!”

“When moving help.com did NOT show up to my move as scheduled, the this U-Haul outlet graciously did NOT charge me for the 5 miles I used on the truck. That was kind and decent and, based on a stressful morning not hearing back from movers scheduled, that goodness nearly made me cry. This is a great outlet!”
