Ordered services over 3 months ago including windows and they either bail, don't show up, forget the correct measurements, promise they willGet things done and then don't. I've already invested thousands and they won't even give me my money back. I will be turning them into the BBB

I love the Home Depot but Forward Final Mile is absolutely awful. Terrible customer service and lazy delivery drivers. Guess I'll have to bring my business to Lowe's next time
